Fantastic experience with Oasis today. They sent three movers to fully pack up and move our 2bdrm apartment into our new house and did an amazing job. They were fast, but careful and professional. They did everything from pack our clothes, tvs, and bulky furniture. Everything arrived in great condition. I normally don't post reviews, but didn't understand their current (as of 7/24) low rating on Google.

4 folks did a good job moving a baby grand piano for me. Heavy item, they were quick and on time, showed strength and were creative while handling it.

Oasis freaking rocks. Seriously, they knock on your door with packing tape around their wrists. And, they tell you to get out of the way because the pros are moving your shit and moving it fast. I know there are the Irish guys, and the reformed druggy guys, and the artists with trucks, but you want Oasis. They come to your pad and miraculously suck up all your shit and miraculously place it in your new home. And they bring boxes, the plastic wrap, protective blankets, and the raw getting it doneness. I give them an 11.

I needed to find movers to help me with just a few days notice. Wendy at Oasis was very friendly and helpful over the phone and was able to get me scheduled for the day (and time!) that I needed. Rates were competitive and she gave me a two hour minimum which was exactly what I needed. Most other moving companies I contacted had a three hour minimum. Day of: moving team showed up exactly on time. There was a language barrier but we were able to communicate well enough, and Wendy was available to translate over the phone when the movers had some concerns about my uhaul not being large enough. Dressers and other things with "moving parts" were wrapped in plastic that they provided. These guys were rockstars going up and down my flight of stairs and porch steps with their dollies, and were able to Tetris in all of my non-standardized sized belongings. Everything held secure and survived my drive from SF to Sacramento without sliding or falling. Would use again in the future if I had the need.

Worst moving company ever! Movers broke furniture and stole my bbq cover, dropped it and bent it , broke our antique mirror and bend our bed frame. Never gave us a refund for anything. Impossible to get ahold of them.

My husband and I worked with Wendy 10 years ago to move into our condo in SF. At the time, it was just the two of us and we were so impressed by how easy it was to work with Wendy and how swift and organized the movers were. We moved into our place in practically no time. My husband had said: I would do another move just to utilize them again! Fast forward 10 years and now we have two extra human beings. A few days ago, we moved from our condo to a home in SF and my husband and I were blown away again by how Wendy was so responsive scheduling our move and how efficient Ho and the team seamlessly packed and moved what felt like an endless number of items. At many points during the move, I became frustrated by how many things we accumulated over the years but Ho and his team were actually extremely kind, trying to even comfort me that it's normal that to end up with this many items without knowing it (all the while lifting our insanely heavy dining table and packing up a giant box of our winter coats!). The team was careful, never once scraping any walls and methodical, asking where items should go and even directing us to focus on certain areas so that they could finish as quickly as possible. You can't ask for a better team of movers or a better moving company to work with. Although I never ever want to move again, if we are ever forced to, we are totally going to go with Oasis Moving. Don't hesitate to reach out to them if you're about to do a move and don't know which company to call. Thank you Wendy, Ho and team! We really couldn't have done the move without you all!

I’ve moved 8 other times in the past 5 years and this is the worst moving company I’ve had. Multiple things are broken, my belongings in boxes are dirty, multiple boxes were dented/ripped, and both upon pickup and drop off, they were late. For pickup, they were 45 mins late and for drop off, they were 6 hours late from their original estimate and I had to call them to figure out what was going on. I asked for a discount due to their unprofessional behavior and the guy on the phone acted like he was doing me a favor rather than making up for the company’s failings. The workers were rude to me and had blatant disregard for fragile boxes, even dropping things while moving them. They also tried to give me items that weren’t mine. I would never use this company again.

Destroying hard working people's belongings. Hire Professionals who care about other people's personal items.

First of all, they don't speak English but it's not a deal breaker... We hired them last year and they were two hours late without any notice but the guys were very apologetic and efficient so we decided to use them again. Wendy gave us a discount for being late last year which was nice of her and the crew arrived 30 mins before the scheduled start time( which was a lot better than waiting around). We knew the move from the storage was going to be faster than 3 hours but it's industry standard so we didn't mind paying for full 3 hours. At the end of the move, we asked them help us move the tv upstairs -one guy said no but the second guy agreed. Then we asked them to move a dresser from upstairs to downstairs but they said no. I'm not sure why they refused since They were done with the move in 2 hours and we are still paying them for 3 hours...I mean if the dresser was in the storage, they would have to move the dresser anyways so I'm not sure why it was such a big deal. They basically made us pay 3 hours, refuse to move our dresser, received tip on top of cash payment and left. Definitely go with a different company. I wouldn't use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

This company was flipped to us by Empire Brokers it's all a bait and switch it is a scam. They don't give full disclosure AT ALL. They BAIT AND SWITCH. THE ARE A BROKER they charge roughly $3600.00 to flip you to these low life movers. They damaged my furniture, they stole boxes of personal items, brand new Dyson Vac, Brand new Garage VAC. I am so upset how they treated our belongings. BEWARE..IT ended up costing $25,000 to move us cross county not counting the destruction and stolen items. They charged me over $25,000 and destroyed and stole around $5000.00 They are out of Las Vegas. Do not use these people.

We used Oasis Movers for our first move in SF this week. They're amazing! Ignore the 1 star reviews, most of them are talking about cross-country moves that Oasis doesn't even do, so they probably have the wrong company. Wendy is SUPER responsive and gave us clear guidance on what we would need to do before the move and on the day of. She was also extremely prompt in liaising with our new apartment building that needed COI documentation. The movers themselves are really sweet! They only speak Mandarin, but we had no issues communicating between Wendy translating when needed and my super basic mandarin. Though Oasis and other companies estimated that the 3B2B move would take 8-9 hours, the movers packed up and moved in our things in just 4.5 hours, including transport & a short break. The movers were working literally non-stop!Nothing was damaged and the movers were extremely careful with our TV and more fragile things. Though I would say that we already packed 90% of our things pretty well so they only had to move boxes & wrap our larger furniture. We had issues with someone parking in our spot before the move and had to order a tow that took ~20mins, but Oasis only charged us once the spot became available, which really took the pressure off a potentially stressful day :) All in all, we paid $940 before tip for 5h of work + gas. Absolutely would hire them again.

Theeeeew WOOOOOORST moving company ever. SCAM and they give ZERO F about your furniture. Changed the price from 4,600 to 9,800$! Charged me almost 10k and a what you get is smashed boxes, damaged walls, broken smoker, broken dishes and Zero help. You’ll have to file a claim to hopefully get your stuff replaced or fixed. Who knows if they will even cover some repairs. Not to mention the driver that delivers your furniture is money hungry and wants that last payment before he would open the the truck door. Wouldn’t wish this type of service to anyone. I hope this review h helps save someone’s furniture or bank account from getting screwed !

My mother used them to move 2 states away. The very unprofessional man that showed up with her furniture started complaining to us how he's not making enough money for this job and blah blah blah, trying to get more money out of this recently retired widow. She had already paid in full prior to this BTW. All of her antique wood furniture is ruined and almost all of her furniture is damaged!! This company is the worst. DO NOT USE THEM!!

The movers were fine, but there were a few hiccups. First, they arrived almost 30 minutes early, and at the wrong address -- they were supposed to be at my old address but went to my new address address instead. I tried to explain this to them over the phone but there was a language barrier, they didn't understand me and hung up on me twice. I had to call Wendy, who resolved it pretty quickly. When it came to the actual moving, they were good -- fast, efficient and thorough. There were 3 movers and they finished moving a 1-bedroom apartment in less than 3 hours. For context, I'd already moved most items except the furniture before they arrived, and the new apartment is less than 1 mile from the old apartment. One major issue was they didn't understand English very well. I happen to speak and understand Chinese, so I was able to communicate with them in Chinese once they arrived in person. It ended up being okay since, like I said, I happen to speak Chinese. But I wouldn't recommend them if you don't speak Chinese, and I think the company should make this language issue clear before you book with them so you know what to expect. One last critique -- after the movers finished, one of them plopped down, uninvited, on my couch. It's not the end of the world, but to me it's a little unprofessional.

We've used Oasis for three different moves over the last 6 years and they've been a wonderful resource each time. They're conscientious, very timely and efficient with the move. They wrap all the furniture and are able to assemble and disassemble quite effectively - we appreciate the care they take moving furniture and the effort they take to protect the floors and walls. It's very cost effective and in our last move they even helped with packing as well (I was 8 months pregnant!). Things to note - it's helpful if you can speak a little Chinese and for larger moves you may want to ask for more movers (their standard equation seems to always be one truck with three guys ) worked great moving into / out of a 1200sqft apartment, less optimal when moving in/out of a full house with more square footage. That said, even with our last move the guys were extremely dedicated and made sure we moved everything that day, even though it ran much later than we had planned.
