“I recently visited the Walmart store in Union City and had a positive experience overall. The store is conveniently located and offers a wide variety of products, ranging from groceries to household essentials and electronics.

One thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness and organization of the store. Despite its size, everything seemed well-maintained and easy to navigate. The aisles were clearly marked, making it simple to find what I was looking for.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the checkout counters where the lines moved quickly. I appreciated the efficient service and the overall pleasant atmosphere of the store.

However, one area that could be improved is the availability of certain items. While most products were well-stocked, there were a few instances where I couldn't find exactly what I needed.

Overall, my experience at the Walmart in Union City was positive. It's a convenient option for shopping, with a good selection of products and excellent customer service.”

“Came here to get blinds for our new home and associate Adriana was a HUGE help! She helped get our blinds and even labeled each one so it'll be easier to install. She also cut the ones we needed to have cut. She spent a lot of her time with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Great attitude, super friendly, and very hardworking! Made the trip to Home Depot very easy.”

“I stumbled upon this place through my client and glad I did. I’d much rather support a small business rather than go to Lowe’s etc. I have bought a few plants from Kenzie who is extremely helpful and has the cutest plants.I noticed my monsteras started to get infested with thrips. I headed over to lucky garden to grab some supplies to tend to my plants. I spoke with the owner Natalie and told her my issue. She took my over to the product and how to use it. I only sprayed a couple days ago but so far so good!Def would recommend this shop for needs :)They are all amazingly kind as well”

Spoke to Hank and he was wonderful. He agreed to replace with 2 new ones. The 2 dead ones were probably sick from unquarantined tank. Highly recommended!

We bought 3 koi fish for $195+ tax then 2 died within a month. They all had bacterial infection with grayish slime on their scales. Other old fish at my pond is perfectly healthy. When I bought I asked them if there were any guarantee for death fishes and they said no. This is my last business with them.”

“Out and about on New Year’s Eve eve and remembered I needed a gift for our hostess’ birthday for her New Year’s eve birthday celebration the next day. Googled up “succulents near me” and found this amazing place. The second we pulled up we could see all the cool plants and once we got closer, it was obvious that the pottery was also really cute and the plant choices were clearly designed to match the personality of the pots.We wandered around and around and finally decided on a pot we thought reflected her style. However, it was planted with a succulent that wasn’t speaking to me. When I told the owner that, she said “oh you hurt my heart!” And then smiled and told me she’d take it out and design something special with multiple plants. I left her to it and when she came out with the finished design, it was exactly what I hoped for. She was so sweet and so kind….it was just a great experience all around. You can create your own or even just buy the plants if you already have your own dirt and pots. Plus she told me about workshops she’s done with groups that sounded super cool. I’m hoping for a succulent wreath workshop next year before the holidays!1000% will go back. Great vibes!!”

“Firstly the service here is phenomenal, we came for ladybugs since our orange tree is under attack. Due to the ladybug shortage they gave us multiple alternatives and were excited to help without having to even ask. the cashiers were also so chill and kind. The plant selection is gorgeous I can't wait to go back”

“This place is a fruit tree lovers paradise. I can get lost for hours browsing their inventory, which I must say is "A LOT"! From tropicals, sub tropicals and everything in between. They do carry more than fruit trees, so check out their website for any other interest. Prices are great for what selections and varieties they offer.Last, but not least. Rick Moore and Florence & New Italian Art went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure my peace of mind. Their delivery team was refreshingly honest and transparent. They pointed out the crack in the fountain upon delivery, which allowed me to thoroughly inspect it before accepting the product. Although the crack was not in an obvious place, it was tough for me to assess whether it would get worse over time. I expressed my concerns about its potential to worsen beyond the warranty period. Rick displayed exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to my satisfaction. While in his best opinion, the crack would not worsen, they were willing to exchange the fountain or offer an extended warranty specifically addressing any potential worsening of the crack. This level of commitment and willingness to go the extra mile distinguishes this operation as a top-notch establishment. They genuinely care about their customers and, at least with me, strived to build a long-lasting relationship based on trust and integrity. “I want to give a shout out to an employee either from the indoor garden dept. Or the lumber dept. His name is Brent. Yesterday I went to buy my dad garden gloves. The employee in the outside garden area told me they were in the inside garden dept. All I could find there was a small display of only one type but not the ones I wanted. I found a young Gentleman in the area named Brent. I asked him if there were any different ones. He stopped what he was doing and took me to an entirely different area, near the tool isle I think. He showed me where they had a variety of gloves and explained to me that there are different uses for different types of gloves. He pointed out the ones that said for general uses. Those were the ones I went there for. I never would have found them had I not asked him. The fact that he stopped what he was doing to walk me over to them rather than just telling me what isle they were on, showed me : example of how customer service is supposed to be. It's hard to come by that anymore. So thank you very much Brent from the indoor garden dept. Or lumber dept? I'm sorry I forgot which one it was. I left a happy customer!!”

He took his time and cut it to perfection! He did not charge us a fee. It is a fact that if you find the right person at Home Depot you can even get the most difficult job done! Thank you Lalo! We will definitely return to your store location in Hayward on Hesperian Blvd.”

“Home Depot is a homeowners paradise, they have so much amazing products I could lose myself in the store in the aisles for hours. I love shopping here when I need to pick up any home improvement items. I will say the one thing that I don't like about home Depot is the customer service of the availability of the associates I feel like I can never find anyone to help me when I need to find a specific item more staffing would be nice other than that everything else is enjoyable when visiting here.”

We found that this HD store and its service, personnel and subcontractors, stands apart.As indicated, we shopped refrigerators and ended up back at this HD store. Our decision was a result of selection, the sales personnel and after sales service.We purchased the refrigerator and it was installed. We were totally pleased.We then, a month later, shopped for a dishwasher. Once again, shopped around. Ended up back at this store. Again, totally satisfied.Stove/oven, same process.
