They generally always are pretty good about directing you somewhere looking for something (but not always), the lines can get long during peak seasons. They will always honor store discounts even if you forgot to bring your coupon on the phone.

Like any other Michaels the layout are similar. The store is very clean. Workers here nice and friendly. Love their Christmas display. Don't forget to use the Michaels app for coupons. The downside is that they need more lights at the parking lot area.

Poor service on framing taken forever to get my picture back saddest service ever. They can't keep track of anything. If you use them take pictures of front and back of what you leave there
