I feel I was robbed $20. I asked the lady at the store if I could use there phone to connect my new phone and she said I couldn’t use it. Instead she insisted that she could help with a reconnection fee of $20.00 plus tax and instead of helping me out and taking the last of my money she did do it and was nice about it but honestly if she wouldn’t have charged me this review would have been better and in the future I would have given them my business and purchased accessories from them once I landed back on my feet.

This place and the staff person Donna is raciest, makes racist comments and is very disrespectful... save your time and go somewhere else... after all this is a metro store... we were even going into this store but she decided to take it upon herself to take pictures of my car for no reason and then say she was calling the police on me for NOTHING!! Mind your own business lady!!

Came here to upgrade my phone since the deals are really good. They made it super easy & gave me a discounted phone case. Everyone is knowledgeable plus the place is super clean! Donna & Mirna both helped & are really friendly. They answered all my questions & help me set up my new phone. Thank you both! Recommend this place if you're in the Bay Area. I've been to other Metro stores & this one is by far the best on customer service.

I bought a phone + plan. the experience was good the indian lady was knowledgeable abt everything. we thoroughly discussed which plan wld best suit me bc I was thinking abt getting a tablet or a mifi portable device. the transaction was seemless. the store is clean, and the displays were orderly and dust free. it's small but well maintained. social distancing is practiced but one customer was not doing it, so I had to move away from him, but I was thinking that the worker shld have told him to keep his distance. it was minor nuisance. all in all it was a good experience.I didn't give it five stars bc when I went back two days later for some questions abt my wifi the latino lady didn't explain very well.she kept repeating instead of just answering the question.anyway I got the answer and my wifi works. just as I thought the wifi name doesn't come up in the wifi list, it just works where the cellular data is enabled. I called before I went to the store,and she told me to come to the store, but she could have told me that over the phone.

Been here since 9am and they still aren't open. Guess running late is part of their schedule. The woman working here kept the door locked, looked at us and didn't even tell us to wait or anything. Horrible customer service.
