I didn't get her name. She is having a baby very soon. She was very polite and took her time removing my old set. She was very gentle and had a very positive attitude. She did an amazing job on my new full set.
Requested style: I like to go on Pinterest and find new colors and styles..this you g lady did an amazing job.

Never coming here again. Filthy place with flies everywhere. But what makes it worse are the employees that talk about you like you aren’t sitting right there. I received a pedi and full set. The woman who did my pedi didn’t do so well and I asked for my toes to be repainted because the nail polish was clumpy. The women there were pissed and said that everything can’t be perfect. They talked about me the entire time, even to customers. They had bad attitudes even when doing my full set, pulling my hands, blowing their breath and not responding to my conversation. I used to come here a lot even with my family, but never again.

I wanted gel fill and pedicure. Quoted $35.00 gel fill and $25.00 regular pedi. I chose iridescent white regular polish for my toes. She was literally done with my pedi in 15-18 mins. They do a tiny bit, so just basically on your foot to your ankles and then wash it off and put a steam towel in your window ready to polish. And she put on her hands with lotion and she rubbed my legs for about three minutes and that was done. I went to the tables for my gel fill. They were very limited and color for gel in white did not have iridescent to match toes places. They showed me the only white gel we had which was chalkboard white. I had her removing it immediately and have to leave to go find another place to get my nails polished. She still charged me the full $35 for the nails regardless she did not polish them. My pedicure was not up to par. This was a total waste of money. $60 total for nothing I left there went to another place had another pet that would massage my legs totally and my nails polished so I just chocked Helene's place as a learning experience never took back there again.

They were friendly, and decent prices, but my service was too rushed and not thorough enough, particularly the pedicure. I just got it done last night and my left big toe is already chipped. It's not like I went at the end of the day, we had plenty of time (and I had booked an appointment). Did not spend enough time on my pedicure, as I still have visibly dry skin around my toes and heels when I got home, as well as around my thumbs. I likely won't return because I wouldn't want to risk that again.

The person who did my nails not only rushed them, but she would stop doing my full set and would start on another person's nails. While usually I would be understanding of time, I was almost done with my service but instead of focusing on finishing my set, she moved to another persons. Almost all my nails look like the pic below were its just not fully painted. Never coming back here again as theyre a place who does not care about customer service or quality of care

I came in last minute for a mani pedicure and I was not disappointed, they're prices are very reasonable and the service I got was great. Helen did my gel mani and it was great, my pedicure was also one of the best pedicures my nails were cleaned so well and shaped so well. It is a older place nothing fancy but I promise you the work and price will have me coming back!

Very bad service. The entire pedicure was done in 10 min. Barely massaged my feet for like 30s. I clearly remember getting seated at 6:18 and I was moved to sit under the drying light at 6:28 for the next 20 min. This is how they claim the pedicure is 30 min long. Will not go here again.

Check your receipt with the bank they tipped themselves $6 extra on my debit card so I came and got back all the money including the tip never coming back ?? the lady lyn even had an attitude about it which is crazy
