HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. By far the most unprofessional nail place EVER. I had gotten biogel when I was abroad and needed to get them off - I had gone to this place because it was near my house. I went in and told the lady I wanted to get my nails removed - her and this other guy spent time trying to convince me that my nails were acrylic. Not only did she treat my nails will the utmost disregard - but she ruined them. She cut my nails all the way down which is NOT what I asked. And she filed them so horribly that my nails are actually in physical pain. She didn’t even file them all to the same length nor did she even take regard to that I was in any pain. When I was waiting for her to let me pay, she was telling me to go.

This place is so unprofessional and slow. They played musical chairs with me having me move from one chair to another and did not start service. I walked out. Came back just see 5 minutes later they already started working on other customers that were behind me. I'm sick of these businesses treating black people horribly while catering to others. Don't spend your money here! There are other wonderful nail shops. I'll never step foot into that establishment and neither should you.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. When my full set was done it just looked so dusty. The guy's wife who did my nails rushed on my nails so much. Under my nails was so flaky from drilling and around my nails she didn't cut my cuticles. I'm paying money for it so they need to do a good job on it. My pedicure was $45. A basic pedicure $45... they ad an extra $15 just for gel polish. Not worth it!

Some Staffs were rude. And my nails are so fragile and ugly now because she rasps my nail's surface despite it's not necessary because I did not do gel.Service: Pedicure

I rarely get my nails done but decided to try UC nails and was more than happy with my full set. Dee did a great job, he made sure I was satisfied with the design and shape and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

At the end of a long day, I needed to find a place to just sit back and relax for a nice treatment. UC Nails has been in Union City for many years. It was a hit or miss for me before. I decided to come back to have a pedicure. Dức worked on me and did an amazing job. He was mindful to my needs. I mentioned to him that I have sensitive skin especially when they trim the skin around my toes. He was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. He didn't rush his work and was very friendly. All the workers were professional. I would recommend this place.

I am giving it a 3 because my first time was wonderful! That was the reason I went back. But then I made an appt again today and got home and realized the job was not well done today. I only got the regular pedi this time. This thing cost $45 and by the looks of it, the price is not worth it. The massage was not good either. Probably not going to go back anymore. I thought that regardless of what pedi package I get, the service would be the same. And they were not even busy. It felt so rushed. Sad that I am going to have to go some place else again. I really thought this place would be my go to place.

I have been coming to UC nails since the beginning of 2020 and I have been loyal ever since! The new owners Dee and Jasmine are so nice and they never disappoint! They are the only nail salon that does my nails correctly! Keep up the great work!

UC Nails is in my own backyard and I've never came here until today and I am so glad I did. Dee was very nice and really good! Very satisfied with my nails. Will be coming back for sure.
