Hotel is really friendly and accommodating. The vending machines sometimes don't work for apple pay but everything else is spot on. Would definitely come back here!

This is probably one of the best hotel options in Union City. Check-in was quick. The front desk was mediocre service. I stayed here on a Monday night and parking was plentiful around 4pm. As I returned after dinner, I only saw a few parking spots open. It's a bummer that the parking is shared amongst two hotels, making it a little difficult to find parking if you arrive later in the evening. Location is great. Accessible from the freeway and located in Union Landing with plenty of food options that are walkable. The room was pretty clean. The common areas were surprisingly pretty clean as well. The bed was pretty comfortable. My only complaint is having the fire alarm go off around 8:30pm. It kept going off and we didn't know what was going on. We walked to the lobby and found out that some random guy came in and pulled the alarm. It was quite an inconvenience and the front desk couldn't get the alarm to go off for quite some time. They weren't apologetic whatsoever. Breakfast was your basic cereal, eggs, pastries, fruit, and make your own waffles. I didn't eat the food, but it's a free option if you're staying at the hotel. This is an overall good stay, if you're needing a clean and comfortable spot to stay at overnight while in the area.

No hot water on 4th floor!!After checking in and getting ready to go out we showered and it never got hot- I warmed up a little but very uncomfortable to shower in. Luckily we only stayed 1 night. We mentioned it to the front desk and all they said was sorry. ?

This is an upscale hotel with great customer service. Amenities include full hot breakfast. It's easy walking distance from Union Landing, if you're interested in seeing a movie, grabbing a bite or doing some shopping. It was close to our home and perfect for our out of town guests.

Such a great hotel, family friendly. Free bottle water in the lobby was nice! So clean, nice pool for the kids. Great Laundry room. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet was so delicious! The variety of food was amazing for the price of the hotel and to top it off they had pumpkin spice waffle and coffee! No need for Starbucks! Thanks You for the amazing service.Food & drinks: Such a great hotel, family friendly. Free bottle water in the lobby was nice! So clean, nice pool for the kids. My most recent stay was for the weekend while visiting family who live in the area. Overall we had a good experienceCheck In: As a Hilton Honors member, I used the Hilton App to check in and the mobile key on my Android. The mobile key worked flawlessly throughout my stay and also gave me access to the workout room. Great stuffRoom: The room met my expectations for a Hampton Inn. The room was clean, TV worked and the Bathroom was on point. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues falling asleep.Front Desk and Gym: We stopped by a couple of time to pick up snacks and checked out with the friendly front desk staff. The snack and drink selection was limited but all good. The Gym equipment all seemed pretty brand new. The Dumbells and benches were in great condition.In the morning, we stopped by for their complimentary breakfast. The scrambled eggs and sausage patties were freshly made. The coffee and Tea selection was great.We weren't at the property much as we were out and about with the fam. However, every point of contact at the Hampton was good. I'd definitely consider them again once I'm back in the area. Safe Travels!

First what’s GOOD! The location is great. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping and movie theater. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. It’s a convenient option but obviously not usually the best selection. We’re HH Gold so we were checked in and offered snacks and water. Front desk gave us some extra snacks even.The biggest issues were the room choice. The hotel backs up to a shopping center. The constant beeping started at 6 a.m. I was there for work so I had to get up anyway around that time but the room location certainly should not qualify as a preferred room for a Gold member. If the room ends in an odd number you should consider this if you like to sleep in or plan to.Also there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling. I did report this. It was pretty bad and honestly something I’ve never experienced. The walls needed a good wipe down as well.Overall, I really liked the location and price but will definitely have to book elsewhere next time.

This hotel is very clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable.Safety: The neighborhood seemed safe and it's located near stores.

Was an overall good and pleasant experience! I always stay here when visiting my son in Union City, CA.Walkability: Close to a good selection of restaurants and AMC movies.

It could’ve been a 5 star but the young ladies in the morning were very rude to my husband. Only because someone looks like a skater boy doesn’t mean they are not a guests or an outsider. All guests should be welcomed! Need more training on hospitality. Upon check-in both young gentleman were very helpful, professional and friendly. Indoor pool was heated which was cool sense it wasn’t too hot outside, no hot tube unfortunately. Everything was clean. Breakfast was alright the potatoes was not cooked all the way and need improvement on restocking. The room was lovely and had all the essentials.

Amazing location, lots of parking, good staff, nice pool, amazing breakfast attendant, and an overall great experience for family's as well as business.Nearby activities: Indoor sky diving, movie theater, authentic foods from all over the globe, sit-down restaurants of all types that would satisfy a business meeting or hangout with the family, and a beautiful scenery everywhere!!!Walkability: Any and everything you could think of was a very short walk away!

Clean rooms, easy check in, but bed was way too hard and creaks everytime we moved. They need new beds.
