Horrible place. Employees are not serious, they are chatting and laughing with each other while given the minimum explanation to customers. Not recommended!!

I hired this company to deliver 2 pallets from TPA-SFO It was scheduled to be delivered today 01/05/2023, I called today 2 times the first time I called I was told that it was in New Mexico and will be deliver tomorrow 01/06/2023. I called again and was told it will be delivered on 01/09/2023. So every time I call is different information. I even paid extra to get it deliver today and the pallets are not even in California yet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FORWARD AIR!! Stay away from them.

This place is horrible. The location has way more forklifts than employees that are willing to use for work. Out of the over 15 forklifts only two guys were actually working, most forklifts where just parked and employees were just chatting it up about the next carne asada while a line of customers was waiting to be attended

Received my LCL shipment with Forward Air very fast, and easy for me. In addition, Timothy the driver moved to goods fast and well into the available space and was a delight to meet. I highly recommend them

So these people were the subcontractors for a Home depot appliance installation. Literally so incompetent they punctured a gas line while drilling in a whole for the microwave, said they would cover everything then later tried to get out of it by saying they weren't at fault, never showed up for scheduled appointments to fix it and we're extremely difficult to reach. Plus their manager Keyona was a complete b**** with a nasty attitude. I don't usually write reviews but if it can save someone some future migraines then it's worth it to avoid this company and the horrible communication with Home Depot all together.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivered our product to a sales event. Never called me, the consignee, for signature. Some random person signed for it we don't know. Filed a claim. Denied saying it was signed as OK. We're looking at $5000 of unrecoverable damage plus lost sales as this was a sales event. If you value your time and your shipments, don't use this company.

Avoid this place. 10 hours waiting for our trailer. Checked it several times during the night and it was not ready. Than they didn’t tell us when it was ready ( we were waiting near the building and they had our mob numbers). They just left trailer without saying anything and left.

I have been waiting over two weeks for a purchase of a scooter. It has been sitting waiting for someone to get off their butt and bring it to me. Made it from AZ to TN in a few days, just can't get it the last hundred and a half miles. I have had to initiate every call. Their blurb states they are leaders in customer service, NOT. They could care less. If it doesn't come today, again, this order will be canceled.

Just received a pallet from this company and some of our boxes were half full and boxes were re-taped. They also rewrapped the pallet. Missing a few thousand dollars of product. Do not recommend.

This is our first time using their company and will be the last. We had a pallet that looked okay upon delivery. When we checked out the some of the boxes, many of them were half full and re-taped. The wrap was also redone so we assumed the delivery was okay upon the first inspection. This is obvious it happened during transit and we would not recommend this company. Make sure to check everything before accepting delivery. Now we're out of thousands of dollars

They delivered a large box that was not heavy on a pallet! They left a delivery on my driveway and left the pallet. I called and they refuse to pick it up unless I pay!!! Terrible now I have to get rid of their trash!
