One time we came just before closing and no one would know because nobody gave us any grief and treated us with the same care and spent the time to work with us. “I had never ordered flowers for a funeral before and I called them as they were recommended for this area. The lady on the phone was very understanding and helpful and even though I called last minute she helped me and let me pay later. The flowers were delivered on time as I requested. We stopped by to pay in cash the day of the funeral because they do not take credit cards. This would be my only complaint with them. Ultimately still giving them 5 for the help and quick turn around on the service. Thanks for making a difficult situation a little easier. They are situated right by the Chapel of Chimes in Hayward.”
