I highly don’t recommend coming here to get anything printed the owners son is very unprofessional and rudeI called with an issue of the improper printing of my mother’s obituary there was issues with the writing and them including email and the wrong date on top of that printing it in the wrong color with it only being two days before my mom’s funeral I called seeing what we can do to fix it and he instantly got on the phone with a attitudeAnd when I told him that we can’t have hot pink obituaries and pictures at a mainly blue funeral because I believe that was going look like a gender reveal not a funeral he said he couldn’t change the color because his designer wasn’t in which I understood but they wouldn’t be in until after my mothers funeral so there would be no point in me paying for something that you can’t do for me on time so I asked for a refund or accommodation and he said that he would not do that and continue to raise his voice and yell at me as if I was incoherent, and didn’t understand him , and he repeated that he’s only going to fix the writing and that was it so as I followed in telling him that it would be no point in him printing out more obituaries that are the wrong color because we would not use them and if there was anyway we could get any other kind of accommodations, which ended up leading me to having to hang up on the phone because he was still yelling So with that being said, if you are getting anything printed out for a funeral wedding birthday, anything important, I do not recommend coming here. He was very unprofessional.

Had holiday cards printed in near end of 2022, great price and quality and the folks are very nice! Definitely coming back for any other prints needs

Never knew why I didn't come to this print shop when it's in my very own backyard. Family owned and super friendly. My original print vendor fell through and I needed programs done asap. And they did just that! Price was even cheaper than whom I originally went with and I am so glad I came here. Love supporting family businesses. Thank you guy again!

I came in for the first time to get a large set of die cut stickers (for my music promotions). I had a unique request that they were able to help me with and I couldn't be happier. The overall printing came out great. The shop has a charming aesthetic and the family running the store are friendly and helpful.

Their services are affordable but they don't finish the job when they say they would. They don't update you on delays unless you go to the store yourself. They don't practice COVID-19 precautions. They don't wear face masks.

Arron and bill is great people, truly professional and a kind hearted family. I was treated with respect and integrity from the first hand shake to the last. Bill and there family been printing professional for over 27 years. Truly a hidden Gem. I ordered a custom sign, and it came out great. Couldn't be happier with there knowledge and time. Highly recommend Arron, he's quick on good decision tips. Mostly importantly happy Mother's Day to the owner of felts print shop. 5 stars in honesty and craftsmanship.
