Jocelyn was great. I had to return a package and all I had was an email with a shipping label as an attachment. She helped me send the attachment to an e-mail address that would in turn send me a code that would allow me to print a shipping label. The process is a good deal more complicated than. returning something to Amazon through UPS and without her help I would have had a difficult time of it. Thank you for your patience Jocelyn, you rock.

It was my first time shipping out packages. Jocelyn was such a huge help and was very patient and willing to explain things I didn’t understand. She was very kind as well.

Isabella was AMAZING. She was very helpful in helping me get all my documents printed. She spent about 20 minutes with me as I was having issues emailing my documents to her, but she was extremely attentive and helpful. Definitely will be back for any of my printing needs.

Refused to accept my return packaged in a shoebox. Fedex delivered the same shoebox in the first place but these people refused to accept.

Just put in a pick-up order for FedEX. They arrived almost IMMEDIATELY. The guy waited patiently while I was still affixing the labels to 12 boxes, 30 pounds each.I want to commend FedEx for excellent, speedy service and give a BIG shout out to a stellar employee, JOSEPH BRADFORD!!! This place is indeed a rip off. Took my box prepaid for drop off and they told me that it is a shoe box and they could not take it. They can offer me a box for $10. What, $10 for a box? I have to drive another 5 miles for a drop-off box. Please consider using UPS service instead.

Warning: They will force you to buy their boxes or go back home to change out your box. I had a used FedEx Express box to ship a small item back. The box was going to a friend that was 45 minutes away. I had a FedEx ground label and was about to drop it off but a FedEx employee stopped me. They said I can't ship a ground package label if my box said express because that will confuse the delivery. They said I can go home and repackage it or buy one of their boxes. I mean.. why can't I just cross out the word express on the box. Boxes are sorted by return label by the machine and not by box.

Employees are friendly. The company is a joke. I sent an package to my doctor friend overseas and the package was lost I tried filing a claim but I got all the information and they couldn't help me because everything is on line. I don't have a computer and have tried my best to use my handheld phone without success. Don't waste your time and money using this company. I lost over 1000 dollars.
