Their drivers don't call or ring the bell and just leave door tags when signature is needed. I wonder if they hope person to be waiting outside all day long for the package. Is it too big of a ask to ring the bell or call the phone when driver.is at the door?

Poor customer service from Damien. Went here to drop off a phone I was returning to Samsung for trade-in and I only needed to obtain a receipt for the drop off. The return directions from Samsung clearly state that the package should not be returned using the self service kiosk, which I usually do use. When I approached the desk and waited for the representative at the desk, he immediately walked to the self service kiosk to scan the item. I advised him that Samsung directed I NOT use the self service and he very rudely said ”WHY?” I explained that I did not know the reason but wanted to follow the directive. He then responded he was “too busy” to help me, handed the package back to me, and returned behind the desk. He then called for a trainee employee to assist me.

Terrible place don't come here at all. went into the fedex with the pre labeled box.In fact, i received my item within this box, and i ship it out within the same box this fedex Associate Tell me my box is too thin, and i couldn't ship within the same box, which i received, this is so ridiculous, don't ever come to this place.

Avoid at all cost. Paid for 3 pages in self print and go, but only got one page printed (the other 2 blank). Just wanted to request a refund on the two pages that we DID NOT get, but were faced with the worst customer experience. Zachary is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered, hostile to customers, providing nonsense instead of trying to solve a customer’s problem. All we got was “oh FedEx printers can’t print a non-FedEx label”, which is apparently bullcrap. We had to get on the phone with FedEx Customer Service on the phone to get it resolved and he finally reluctantly printed the pages we were supposed to get 20 minutes ago. I am baffled how someone like that can still work at a place where SERVICE is supposed to be provided.

Not being racial but I don’t know his name. The black employee here is very rude to Asian customers, not being patient and not to explain the details but just keep repeating one sentence. Here is a photo of me shipping a multitool at The UPS Store. They asked me what it was and I showed them. They agreed to ship it.
FedEx refused to ship it within 30 seconds. Prohibited item. Multitool has a 2 inch blade. Weapon. They know their rules and they stick to them (so actually, respect to the employees for that).
Clutch your pearls all you want about my “weapon,” FedEx, but you didn’t get my business today—a competitor got it.

The worse FedEx I ever work with. Lady absolutely doesn’t know how to work with people and also information. Wasted my time while she came to get information for me , but actually she went to speak with other customer and I waited 15 min for nothing .

Jocelyn was great. I had to return a package and all I had was an email with a shipping label as an attachment. She helped me send the attachment to an e-mail address that would in turn send me a code that would allow me to print a shipping label. The process is a good deal more complicated than. returning something to Amazon through UPS and without her help I would have had a difficult time of it. Thank you for your patience Jocelyn, you rock.

Isabella was AMAZING. She was very helpful in helping me get all my documents printed. She spent about 20 minutes with me as I was having issues emailing my documents to her, but she was extremely attentive and helpful. Definitely will be back for any of my printing needs.
