“It was a warm summer Sunday evening in Concord, CA. I was relaxing on my couch and beginning to doze off, when I noticed how eerily quiet it was.... One look behind my couch confirmed my fear; there sat Clarence, chewing away at my husband's laptop charger. !!!NIBBLE!!!NIBBLE!!!NIBBLE!!! Come Monday morning I was online searching for a replacement cord. (I purchased one for $10 + $6 shipping on chargerbuy.com.) Today (Tuesday morning) here it is in my office with a return address from Hisgadget, Inc.! Super fast service and it looks like it's the same type of cord - hopefully it works!! Bad rabbit; good gadget business!”

“Employees are super helpful. However the store inventory data base is not great. I checked before I drove there that the product is available at the store. But when I go there it isn't on the shelf.so I think I just ordered to pick it up at the store. But after waiting over 40min, I was emailed back that the product is not available. So one of nice employees helped me to change my order and deliver it to my home.”

“I was in here June 12 around 7 pm to open up a phone line. I did not get what I needed that day, but I came back the next day. Unfortunately I had to do it as soon as possible. Jovanni helped me out on the 12th. He was very professional, patient, polite, and respectful. Unfortunately the next day he was leaving as I show up around 6 pm. I was hoping he finished helping me out, but the other associates in the store help me out in a very professionally way how things should be done. I was treated the way customers should be treated. “They usually have whatever PS5 games im looking for, and they're definitely cheaper than buying brand new. They don't give you alot whenever you wanna sell your games, but besides that i go there to buy pretty much all my games. And whenever a new release comes out that i want l go here because they stay open till midnight for new AAA releases. They also have some cool hoodies and collectibles.”
“One thing that really stands out about this store is how they box up the individual pizza slices as soon as the pizza is made instead of just sticking it under the heat lamp like the other stores do. The slices stay warm and fresh A LOT longer that way. Whereas at the other stores you get either a pizza that's not even ten minutes out of the oven or three or four slices that are dry enough that the tip starts curling up. Another huge bonus is not having to deal with imbeciles who try to pancake two slices in one box when you buy two, and dont understand enough English when you ask them to put a sheet of wax paper or a tissue in between to keep the slices from sticking together.”
