Came in for two art poster boards. Not worth the wait. Manager Janet not in today and Asst. Manager “on break.” The ONE employee (I felt sorry for her) at 4:30p. 3pm was no better with only 2 employees.

Their shelves were continuously re-stocked as I shopped. They have a good variety of household products and some food items. The lines are always a bit long, but since most items are $1.25, the check-out process is quick.

Worker had an a filthy attitude.she was telling us to speak up,and wasn’t even doing anything.The guy that was doing something was farther away, and still told us about what we trying to find. I found this experience very poor.

It was 8:40 pm and they say they are closing in 4 minutes there was 20 minutes left in shopping and when I asked there is still 16 minutes left and the African American lady didn't answer and gave me a mean look like I was stupid it makes me not want to shop at this dollar tree ever again because of poor customer service and experience here

Its 8:57 and your closed? And that's the time it toook me to write this. Showed up with 10 min left to close and they closed. Store says close at 9. DO YOUR JOB

Great place to shop, great place to work for. Reading the other reviews made me laugh because the BLACK man @ the front door isn't the store manager. He is just an awesome man! Doesn't work there anymore.

I came to the register where my daughter was waiting for us, the dollar tree older lady worker who wears glasses told me my total with an attitude I let her know I was not done. She rang up the rest of our stuff while I was transferring money over to accounts she had no smile and looked upset. I scanned my phone and she then tells me with her unpleasant voice, It didn’t work, I said really? Hold on, she tells me to tell my daughter to bring the bag back inside I told her no she’s good I got money please hold I scanned my phone again and it worked. I told her maybe she shouldn’t work in dealing with customers if she has a bad attitude and/or if she didn’t like her job to get a new one! Unpleasant to say the least

Always only have register open with a line to the back of the store. The manager is always in front doing nothing and so rude. I saw her rudely telling an older lady to go get her stuff for an exchange. The lady thought she had to take it to cashier first with receipt and manager practically yelled at her. She really needs to be talked to about her attitude. She really looks like she hates her job. No respect for the older generation at all. Also this is the dirtiest store I have ever been to

Great place to come for gift bags and party decorations! Also good for candy to put in piñata's and an expensive place to get helium balloons!
