We were shopping here and my girlfriend accidentally left her water bottle. We searched other places first but then we finally came to dollar tree a couple days later in our search. They said they threw out water bottle in the trash outside. You might be thinking it was a cheap water bottle. No, this was a hydro flask with near perfect condition stickers, the nice ones too. It wasn't dented or scratched. But they decided to throw it in the garbage can outside not thinking about how someone might want this extremely nice water bottle back. Thanks dollar tree.

The store manager/ assistant manager idk who she is but is miserable and it clearly shows. She ages herself because she won’t smile and she is by far the rudest person I have came across in my 34 years. I tried to put myself in her shoes but I simply cannot. Her tone when speaking to anyone is not expected of a manager, very confrontational and defensive. How she is still employed at this location for this long is questionable. Please investigate this lady and her customer service skills. I am very upset! The community needs someone relatable and friendly the world already is scary. I simply walked out if not I would have made a fool out of myself and her.

Came in for two art poster boards. Not worth the wait. Manager Janet not in today and Asst. Manager “on break.” The ONE employee (I felt sorry for her) at 4:30p. 3pm was no better with only 2 employees.

Their shelves were continuously re-stocked as I shopped. They have a good variety of household products and some food items. The lines are always a bit long, but since most items are $1.25, the check-out process is quick.

Worker had an a filthy attitude.she was telling us to speak up,and wasn’t even doing anything.The guy that was doing something was farther away, and still told us about what we trying to find. I found this experience very poor.

It was 8:40 pm and they say they are closing in 4 minutes there was 20 minutes left in shopping and when I asked there is still 16 minutes left and the African American lady didn't answer and gave me a mean look like I was stupid it makes me not want to shop at this dollar tree ever again because of poor customer service and experience here
