I've already had two really good moves with the company. On the third one, there was minor damaged caused by the movers, but the company worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I would use them again. thanks! Jim

Thought it was my duty to update my review and downgrade these guys. After phone tag and promises of crediting back money on my move, nothing ever materialized.

Update: after printing out all the reviews of Dimension on Yelp (including my own, of course), & sending them to my credit card company, the card company found Dimension in the wrong & reversed all charges. Nice to see a bit of justice in the world!
