Great little shop. More so Fantastic Customer service! Hard to find these days. Got hotspots for my phones and cellular for ipad. Everything worked like magic and they also helped to save some money. This is the cricket wireless location to go! Thank you!

Recently went to the store interested in switching my service from another company. The gentlemen there was amazing and helped me choose the right phones for me and my family and we brought our 4 lines from Metro! Left with a great deal of 4 lines for $70 a month unlimited calls, text, and internet!

VERY LIMITED SELECTION. Every branch has a different selection of phones. Forced to pick from 6 phones. Hated it. Wanted to exchange it at the Southland branch which was the only one that had the phone I wanted. They said I could only return it to the branch I bought it at.Drove across town just to return this phone in time to drive to a different store to get a new phone. Arrived at 5:58 PM, hours state they're open till 7.No one in sight.Switched to Verizon the same day. So unreliable. Not something I need in a phone provider.

Despite this store located in a market and small. Staff there are very experienced and efficient. I got a new phone and new service in less than 10mins. they even have me at really good deal on the phone I got.

I walked in to the market try to buy some groceries, found out they open an new store here , looks clean and people over there so polite , so I decided to make my monthly payment over there , fast service !!
