Had an issue with a replacement phone. A week in and I still can't get it to work. Retail agent told me I was good to go, but sure he was aware of the actuals. Very disappointed as we rely heavily on our devices for real life needs like banking and rent pay etc. I. Writing this review from my work phone, because I've now paid for 1/4 of a monthly billing cycle without access to my device.

The sales person at the storn only speaks Spanish, no English. I do not speak Spanish.

The costumer service there is awesome is better than AT&T Maroly service was awesome was working on two computers a the same time and it tucked less than 2 minutes to fix my phone

Came into the store wanting a phone for my daughter to go back to school and I was insure on what to get but the sales person explained the phones and eneded leaving with a phone and happy she was able to help

My phone didn’t confirm my monthly payment( it’s on autopay?) and I had no service. She was very polite to deal with a distraught customer. Made a few calls, punched in a few things and voila! everything started working again. Her name is Selena. But if you don’t have that four digit PIN number, you are mostly out of luck on anything getting done.But again, she was great.

Celina helped us port 4 lines from sprint. She did an amazing job and were happy with her customer service as well as cricket service.
