Had an issue with a replacement phone. A week in and I still can't get it to work. Retail agent told me I was good to go, but sure he was aware of the actuals. Very disappointed as we rely heavily on our devices for real life needs like banking and rent pay etc. I. Writing this review from my work phone, because I've now paid for 1/4 of a monthly billing cycle without access to my device.

It took me two and a half hours to change the esim card, but it didn't work. I was charged 11? and said it couldn't be refunded. I didn't apply for the card, and I was told that the money couldn't be refunded, and the service was very bad. After waiting for so long, I won't go to this store again, it's terrible
