My work had shelving installed in a 2021 transit 250 and they did a great job. Took a little long since they are understaffed but Phron (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) stayed open 20-30 minutes past closing so we could pick the van up and had great customer service. My work just had basic shelving and partition installed but it looks great and will be put to good use!

We received terrible service, They lacked attention to details during the ordering process and the installation process. They also seemed to be under staffed and the staff they did have were not very experienced. When we tried to have our issues resolved they completely ghosted us. Would NOT recommend using this outfitter.

This place scratched my brand new 2022 van with 40 miles on it they have every excuse in the book on why they didn't do it neve go to this business, and they fight with there customers they suck

Either crass or extremely lazy phone service. Won't ship parts. Put in an order months ago and have gotten no word back after months and multiple inquiries. Will not ever do business with them again

The guy on the phone Jose he said his name is the most terrible person who can be on the phone he hung up on me twice for asking for availability!!!!!!!Never seen something like that I tell him why do I need to sign on the quote before you tell me your availability????He tells me do you want to tell me how to run my business !?It’s not even your business!!!!

so I called commercial van interiors one afternoon, asked about some van shelving. Told the man on the phone what type of shelving I was looking for. He told me he had them in stock. The next day I drove 45min one way to pick up some shelving. As I'm in the store looking at shelving the young women at that the counter asked if I needed help said, sure apparently she had no idea how to help me completely incompetent. There was a women sitting in a cubical about 15 feet away. this women was a big help, she new what I wanted and gave me pricing I told her I would take three. Then Jose (manager) came over to talk to me long story short walks me around store looking at shelving, disappears in back for bit, turns out nothing in stock, I asked for pricing. that seemed to have gone up 350.00. at that point I just left never to return. The women in the cubicle should be running the store. Complete wast of my morning. I'll take my business else where for sure.

This shop is awesome! I had my new Express Cargo outfitted here with Adrian steel drop down rack and all the interior shelving and partition and everything went flawless. My van was ready ahead of time and the work was done right. I would highly recommend these guys.

Always do a great job and honour their warranty. I had a roof rack installed and tow package a few yrs back, today they modified the tow package for no charge and fixed my door spring. Thanks!.
