Very big, you can find everything at affordable prices... the bad thing is the entrance, you have to wait for them to take a video or photo before entering, they have more security than a bank, another bad aspect since that is messing with your privacy by having videos. or photos..the store is very messy, clothes mixed up and thrown away

Bought a 6 piece sheet set.
As I was about to wash them, there were only 2 pieces, the flat sheet and fitted sheet.
It had the anti theft tag on in. Who would have thought it's missing some pieces. ?♀️

We had a terrible experience today shopping at this branch of Burlington. I think Management needs to provide good training to its staff members. Me and my family are regular customet at this branch. 2 days ago we bought a stuff, we did not realize while purchasing that it had defects in it, today after 2 days we went to return the defective good, and the staff refused to honor return. They said it is not their responsibility to return and I should have checked before buying. Staff was Lorie, she was very kind and polite but refused to return, we requested to talk to Manager, Ms. NAAZI came to help but of no help. Just kept on saying I am sorry but did not help in return. We showed her our receipt of 2 days old where we bought over $200 worth of goods but still she did not return this $9 item. Its not about money but about service and accountibility. Today, Burlington lost a Client for life. Thank you!!
P.S : Please always inspect your goods here before purchasing otherwise you will become a Victim of Fraud like me at this branch.

PERVISH at the Union City Burlington store needs customer service retraining. Her tone was very rude and on top of that she had me waiting at the register after she called me to come up while she was finishing up her other task. I asked for her name, and she refused. I asked the front security person and they provided me the ladies name. PERVISH do better!
