I was looking for a MAF sensor and I consulted Andrey about it, he is the sales manager there. He was extremely helpful and looked at the old one that I had brought into the store. He suggested to use a MAF cleaning spray to salvage the old one and told me how they work and that sometimes cleaning them fixes the issue. He took his time and went beyond my expectation to help me fix my issue. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much Andrey !!

I had a great experience at AutoZone in Union City California. I walked in to grab a couple of tools and then go to the counter for a belt. On my way to the counter. Eugene had asked me if I needed any help I said yes. Eugene took the car information and without even thinking of the belt routing he already had printed the belt route for me, which is going to save me a lot of time since the belt on the vehicle broke. I was going to pay I realize I forgot my wallet. He said we do have Apple Pay and he walked me through the first time I’ve ever used Apple Pay, which was pretty nice. It was a great customer experience. I appreciate the help. Thank you.

I came here to look for a car stereo. I asked the lady at the desk if they had any and that I needed help finding one for my car. She gave me a puzzling look and furrowed her eyebrows. She said they don’t do that with the most attitude ever. She asked the person next to her if they have that and he asked well is it wide or short I said wide, he said that I can check the back wall for the stereos they had. The lady continue to furrow her eyebrows at me and give an attitude while looking at me. When I walked away, I heard the lady and guy talking about me saying well she needs to know what kind of stereo first of all. Then another person came up to us and asked what kind of car I have while ordering kfc on his phone and then said well it’s going to cost a lot of money and too much work for me to even do it. But then showed me the phone mounts so I can “play music from my phone” in my car. These people were useless and rude and obviously cared more about their lunch than their customers. Sorry I didn’t come to your store with the knowledge of a mechanic, but since your AUTOzone I guess I thought you might know something about cars. As for the lady, she should probably fix her face when talking to customers before she pisses off the wrong person. Merry Christmas.

I live very close to this store, so I go regularly. The employees aren't usually super friendly, but they're fine. The store usually has what I need, so it works. Today I went in and saw an older white man named Eugene working at one of the counters. I asked him a simple question about an air filter and he got so annoyed that I bothered him. He said "the line is over there", motioning to the other person helping a customer. So he begrudgingly helps me all the while mentioning how people come up and bug him when he's busy. OH I'M SORRY! Did I see a store employee at the counter and made the mistake of asking them a question where THEY WORK? I've never seen him there. He probably only works the opening shift. Let's just say I will avoid going earlier in the day from now on. Dude needs a talking-to. Grumpy old boomer. Jeez.

autozone shipped me defective items, I went to this store to exchange. they said they cannt do exchange but return and then buy at full price. I told them just to do exchange because the defective items are part of the order, returning partial order will only refund the discount price but buy them again would charge full price. The so-called store manager told the other colleague that I did not understand. When I tried to explain to her the situation, they did not agree to exchange. I asked to talk to her manager, then she said I was disrespectful and refused service. All right. I was first very disappointed at autozone shipping defective items to me, I am more upset by this store's way of treating customers. It's them that are disrespectful!

I had a check engine in my car, so I decided to go to AutoZone in union city, right away employee Audrey greeted and did a diagnostic and I had a misfire so instead of sending to a mechanic he took the initiative to remove the spark plug and i had a foulty spark plug. My check engine light is off. This type of service is unique and I would recommend friends and family with high confidence. This service it set you apart from the other auto stores. Please make sure Audrey gets the appreciation and recognition. AutoZone thank you for having people like Audrey and Eugene that they care about people.
