Annie is very nice and responsive if she doesn't know or the answer she finds out. She does an amazing job making sure to ask you all the questions you never thought to ask yourself. Alex is great as well he even helped me with the drop off my truck when Annie was out of town even tho it isn't his job. I appreciate the team effort this shop has really makes you feel valued as a customer.”

“I was looking for a MAF sensor and I consulted Andrey about it, he is the sales manager there. He was extremely helpful and looked at the old one that I had brought into the store. He suggested to use a MAF cleaning spray to salvage the old one and told me how they work and that sometimes cleaning them fixes the issue. He took his time and went beyond my expectation to help me fix my issue. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much Andrey !!”
“My work had shelving installed in a 2021 transit 250 and they did a great job. Took a little long since they are understaffed but Phron (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) stayed open 20-30 minutes past closing so we could pick the van up and had great customer service. My work just had basic shelving and partition installed but it looks great and will be put to good use!”
