“My 05 Silverado 1500 4x4 had a posi unit that had been showing signs of trouble in the near future quite awhile now. I've been babying it for a long time now. Anyway, the gm posi decided to start coming apart Sunday of last week. I explained to Annie that my wife and I had just recently open our own Nail Salon. Being Christmas week, I had to be there to help my wife. after my regular day job. The team at Shaffer did an awesome job at getting my truck back to me the same week.
Full rear end rebuild, and it drives better then ever, smooth as silk. No more clunk and clanks going into gear. I always had a strange drive shaft rattle. I though it was the output bearing at the tranny tail shaft. It's gone now. Must a have been the excess bearing play I had.
Thanks again guys. I still want to regear when money is available.”

“I was looking for a MAF sensor and I consulted Andrey about it, he is the sales manager there. He was extremely helpful and looked at the old one that I had brought into the store. He suggested to use a MAF cleaning spray to salvage the old one and told me how they work and that sometimes cleaning them fixes the issue. He took his time and went beyond my expectation to help me fix my issue. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much Andrey !!”

“Haven't been here enough times to offer a fully qualified review, but I've always had a fairly good experience the few times I have visited this particular O'Reilly location. As a general rule, I find the staff to be helpful -- they are not always perfect, but O'Reilly does seem to hire people who know the difference between the water pump and the alternator on a car. And they seem to train them. And this O'Reilly location meets that expectation.”
“I came back recently to get more paint mixed into a spray can and the employee stated that their store stated doesn't do it anymore. Machine broke? Bummer... I had paint mixed here 2 to 3 weeks ago so I should have bought more. He mentioned the San Leandro store could still mix into spray cans. That so far...”
“My work had shelving installed in a 2021 transit 250 and they did a great job. Took a little long since they are understaffed but Phron (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) stayed open 20-30 minutes past closing so we could pick the van up and had great customer service. My work just had basic shelving and partition installed but it looks great and will be put to good use!”

“Came here for tires change this morning with an appointment. In and out within one and a half hour, absolutely reasonable for changing all four tires. I hardly find any better labor price for changing tires than Walmart if buy tires from them. This is my second time have them mounted new tires on, and the work quality of this Union City Walmart met standard in my opinion. I am happy about their service.”
