⚠️LIFE ENDANGERING MISTAKE⚠️
We recently took our car to American Tires for a wheel balancing. A few days later, while driving on the highway at 80 mph, we noticed the car was shaking slightly. We took the nearest exit to check the tires and discovered that all five lug nuts on the front left tire were loose. This meant we were driving at high speed with a tire that could have come off at any moment, putting our lives and the lives of others at risk. American Tires failed to properly secure the tire after they took it off for balancing, creating a potentially deadly situation. I strongly advise against going to this American Tires location. It could endanger your life.

Tommy, the manager, is the worst manager you can deal with! He refused to refund me for a damaged tire that was covered under a certificate policy, which clearly states that if the tire is unrepairable, you can get a full refund for it. The tire was only 4 months old, and he said he would subtract 40% of the refund value! Then he said he would print the policy out for me, and when I read it, it says that you can get a full refund for an unrepairable tire. He also lied and said he never heard of it and refused to refund it. How did he become a manager if he is unaware of his own policy?
I tried to reason with him and explain that the tire was practically new and had only been used for a short period. However, he remained adamant and dismissive of my concerns. It was clear that he either did not understand the policy or was deliberately trying to avoid providing the refund I was entitled to. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position who is supposed to uphold company policies and ensure customer satisfaction.
I am now left with no choice but to escalate this issue further. I plan to contact the higher authorities within the company and file a formal complaint against Tommy. I will make sure to include all the documentation and correspondence I have had with him to support my case. It's disappointing to see such poor management and customer service, and I hope the company addresses this issue promptly to prevent it from happening to other customers.
Additionally, other reviews are stating exactly what I experienced! It seems that Tommy has a habit of making up his own policies and acting like he can't understand what customers are saying. His unprofessional responses are so frustrating that they make people want to stop talking.

Came here after Costco made us wait over two hours only to find out they messed up the order and did nothing. Ordered tires on tirerack and America’s tires was the default shop. Cost $102 for labor. Super fast. Once they took my keys they said 25-30 mins and they were done in 25. I’d recommend and go again

Great experience getting 4 new tyres for my Saab! In and out in about an hour. I brought them new factory wheels to install, flawless, no scratches and no upcharge. Balance is spot on (no counter balance), and they even properly torqued the lug bolts using a torque stick on their impact gun (to prevent overtorque), and then a torque wrench to man. spec. I'm not used to seeing this level of quality/attention to detail at an express tyre shop. Overall, a great group of guys who are obvious car enthusiasts. I will be bringing all my vehicles here for tyres!

Had a nail in my tire (not near or on side wall) Came here to have it patched. was told when I got there sales rep could not patch it because nail was sideways. Took it some where else that said they could patch it and when pulling the nail out there was no hole and leak. Cost me nothing. Saved me over $240 for a tire I didn't need. Get a second opinion if you go here.

Before going to any establishment, I take a few minutes to read comments about clients who received a service and what their experiences were. It is very difficult to find a place where you can feel that you are valued as a customer. As long as you pay for a service and there is coordination and mutual respect on both sides, customer service should be the same for everyone, it doesn't matter if your car is old or new. We are all equal and worth the same. It is better to speak candidly from the beginning about prices, timing, quality of the product and whether it is in stock or not and not give customers lies. Because that is why disagreements or complaints disappear after giving a quote or about the service that will be provided. It depends on the client whether they are satisfied with the budget or not, and whether they should look for new options for said service. Personally, I have sometimes gone to GOODYEAR AUTO SERVICE. And they have treated me very well. But this time I wanted to give myself the opportunity to check out some other options and in the Google search engine, this establishment of America's Tires appeared and I stopped to read the comments. So evaluating all this gives me a little insight into this establishment. and I think I will return better with the service of GOODYEAR AUTO SERVICE. ?
