One thing that really stands out about this store is how they box up the individual pizza slices as soon as the pizza is made instead of just sticking it under the heat lamp like the other stores do. The slices stay warm and fresh A LOT longer that way. Whereas at the other stores you get either a pizza that's not even ten minutes out of the oven or three or four slices that are dry enough that the tip starts curling up. Another huge bonus is not having to deal with imbeciles who try to pancake two slices in one box when you buy two, and dont understand enough English when you ask them to put a sheet of wax paper or a tissue in between to keep the slices from sticking together.

No coffee?! Come on! Both coffee machines were turned off, both cold brews were empty, they haven't had 1 of the cold brews for weeks... no traditional coffees in coffee pots only flavored... this place has really gone down hill in the last month... I informed the 3 ladies but there was no rush to fix any of the MANY problems...

I do not recommend this place for the simple fact the manager velvie treats customers like shit . Always has Attitude with her potato looking ass. I've been there multiple times through out night and morning and for some reason I only have issues in the morning times when she works . I suggest corporate does something about this women . I also heard by a lot of employees that she doesn't know how to manage the store and she only gives hours to those she likes .

Don’t get gas here.. the gas pump did not automatically stop, it always leaking and overflowing, and it will take you wait time forever!

Use to love this place when it opened. NOW... rude ass cashiers. Accuse people of STEALING or excuse me, accuse people of "looking like people that steal" in their words. Caucasian man, black girl cashier and another girl cashier, talk like they don't got no sense or customer skills AT ALL. I don't care if someone "looks" like someone that stole from you.. there was no reason to tell someone that just to MAKE SURE. The staff here needs to be fired. This isn't over. I'm gonna talk to the Caucasian dude which I just found out was the one that said it first but was the most quiet. My blood was boiling and I had to leave FAST. Sorry excuse for customer service. Also plan on talking to a MANAGER if there even is one, when I calm down.

Never left a review from a place before but this one 5:50 pm the cashier that is mad at the world because he's underpaid cussing to the customers he should not be there he needs to learn some manners he's just a clown mad at everybody and his own life if they treat paying costumers like that , that's how he gets pay teach them some manners

Gas is too expensive, compared to other 7-11s. Employees shout insults at each other too. Not a healthy working environment. Feel sorry for the employee being insulted.

It's the worst 7/11 store I've ever went too. They were very rude. The manager was there laughing like she didn't care if I gave them 1 star. Hope she losses job.

They are better with having the shelves stocked- but the chick that works Sunday mornings needs to go. She is always talking.. like no mute button. Its always hella inappropriate and she dont even do anything. She sits on a box on her phone. The cashiers openly talk about smoking weed there at the store. Literally one told the other where the blunt was in the back.

I don't know if others have horrible customer service experiences at this new 7-11, but I just dealt with the rudest cashier at this store. All I wanted to do was turn in my lottery tix so I could purchase a few more. I was not having any luck with the machine that reads the barcode on the tickets. There were no other customers in the store besides me and I asked the girl working if there was a problem with the ticket reader. She looks at me and rudely says "NO". So I told her I am having trouble reading my tickets and she tells me she's busy (she placed frozen chicken wings into an oven). So I stood there quietly until she was done and she walks over and I handed her my tickets (which totally disturbed her that she had to check them for me). She continued to be snotty to me through the entire interaction. I don't get it. I am a paying customer who was nothing but nice and she gave me nothing but a rude attitude. Hey - if you hate dealing with the public, choose a different career.
