“We had our recently-acquired rescue spayed here and they were wonderful, including with all our follow-up questions. Then most recently, our dog became suddenly ill. They got her in right away, ran diagnostics and got her on the road to recovery. When considering a plan of care, they discussed options and included the financial aspect, as well. Fortunately, I had the forethought to get pet insurance, but I still appreciated the discussion. The staff was kind and caring, and we think they're terrific. I will add that we live over an hour's drive from them and they are not our regular vet, but our normal office is so booked up, short-staffed, and busy, that Ukiah Vet has become our backup. if we didn't live so far away, they would definitely be our vet of choice.”
