I received fantastic customer service with one exception, she didn’t tell me the cost of accessories, just got them and installed overpriced screen savers and picked up the overpriced power blocks without consulting me about cost. Yes I should have asked and was shocked at my bill at the end of the process.

Verizon is a very good choice, but unfortunately the staff at this location is very incompetent, it took us an hour to get served and there were no people. We thought he was carrying out our procedure, because the employee Ryan was very excited on his phone when I asked him if he was just finishing the procedure, he didn't even know what to say, because he was in everything, except our procedure ?how sad that employees like this lower the name of Verizon

This is the first time in a long time, that my experience was amazing. I do not remember his name, but he has glasses and tattoos on his fingers. He is the best! Knows a ton, and gets things handled!

This store totally s*rewed us over. We had a quote for 250 and they charged us an activation fee of 350 when we picked up the phone. When we got our first bill it was 780 they had added a bunch of extras onto our plan that we specifically told them we did not want. Luckily verizon customer service was very helpful and was able to fix this but now we have to pay an extra 200 for an actual activation fee and we won't see that original 350 because that was this stores fee and had nothing to do with verizon. BEWARE THIS STORE ISNT AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE.

Don't go to the location one of the worse staffs I ever have experienced not even in verzion but as a human short chubby boy lalo i think it was that works in the morning swears at customer store is falling apart surrounded by trash constantly spend your time somewhere else.

My phone has been broken for over a month, I have a very demanding schedule at work and finally found some time to come in and get a new phone. I came in around 6 after I got off work, I live 30 minutes away. I explained I needed a bunch of help because I had broke my phone and needed to clean up my bill since my friends on my account were finally able to get their own accounts. I put my passport on the table and the woman helping me, I believe her name was Maribel, looked at me kind of funny. she explained I needed to know the pin to my account or she would not be able to help me. It is my account, I opened it and it is my name on the bill. She said there was no way she could help me without me having my phone or knowing the pin. However, in Verizons Frequently asked Q/A...it explains that you can walk into any verizon store with a government issued ID and change your pin. So after two failed attempts at trying to remember my pin and her never touching my government issued ID...Maribel told me she could no longer help me. My suggestion would be to steer clear of this verizon store and try your luck at the airport park blvd store if you happen to be able to make it before they close.

Excellent experience at Victra Verizon. The best customer service!! Claude gave us one of the best customer service ever!!!
Always smiling, very friendly, extremely helpful, he walked me through it all... my old phone had a cracked screen. He helped me with my new phone. He uploaded everything on in. and factory reset my old phone. So I can send it back to the warranty company. Thank you Claude!!!!
We have had excellent experience with other staff members at Victra Verizon.. it's the best place to go if you need a phone!!
