I live in Philo and not so long ago we received daily deliveries. Then it was cut back to only 3 days. Since then I am lucky to get 1 delivery and intermittently 2 deliveries. Never 3. This week we had a fire in our community that caused traffic delays all day. That was 2 days ago so no more traffic delays and still nothing. It’s the weekend now so no deliveries this week. I am a disabled veteran who does most of his shopping on line including much needed medical supplies. This is not only a broken promise to their customers, but also a contract violation with Amazon as well as other 2nd day carriers. If this doesn’t get straightened out asap I will start a community campaign to reimburse all the customers they have denied proper delivery too. Leading off with the Attorney General’s Office. Then the Better Business Bureau and Amazon. And all the community signatures that I can. Let’s see what it takes to get their attention!

Guaranteed to be delivered late, especially on anything bigger than a shoebox. Ongoing issue with this place, leadership does not care. What's worse is getting the delayed notification after they close on a Friday, and when you check the details it shows the package has just been hanging out at their hub in Ukiah since 6am. If I knew it was going to be there all day I would of have went there directly and grabbed it. Piss poor communication, garbage management, and they really don't care. Wish Amazon shipped with FedEx.

I ordered from amazon and requested it to be delivered to the locker which said it was fine but said it couldn’t be delivered and to pick up at UPS. I went at 4 and there wasn’t anyone there even though they were suppose to be open 3-5. A guy finally showed up but him not the supervisor could find the key to unlock the area where the package was (supervisor never even came to see the 5 angry customers in the lobby). They are closed on Saturday and Sunday so now I can’t get the Father’s Day gift I ordered until AFTER Father’s Day because of how unorganized and unprofessional they are

Very nice staff. Easy to drop off. Look for hours though. This is a distribution hub not a UPS store. It's great for dropping off large loads or single parcels.

Purchased a product through OtterBox. The item was damaged and needed to be returned. The return shipping email was labeled UPS and the link to print the label took me to the UPS website. The label itself was labeled UPS Mail Innovations and was marked both UPS & USPS. I tried to have the package picked up by USPS after I was told by the ppl of this facility they couldn’t handle it since it was a USPS tracking#, but when USPS picked it up they couldn’t scan it and returned it to me. I then returned to this facility and tried to explain this to the ppl there. I explained the tracking# wasn’t showing up on USPS’ website but did show up on the UPS website and asked if they could take it as the instructions said I could drop it off at their facility as well as a USPS facility. They became very rude about the whole thing even though I showed them the tracking was available on their website. They then snatched the package out of my hand and as I walked away they threw the package across the room where all the other packages were being sorted. After this experience, I will NEVER use UPS again if I can help it!

UPS is horrible! I never ship with them. I hate it when I buy items online, and they are the ones shipping. They are so inconsistent and lack any care. There customer service number is the worst. I can never speak to a representative.UPS were supposed to pick up a damaged return, but they did not. The driver who came and knocked on the door, gave an employee a package that was scheduled to arrive today, but did not take the damaged item that was supposed to be picked up today. He just left the employee a slip/label to drop off the package at a UPS location—which was not requested—and he rapidly just left. He did not ask about the pick up, or where the item was at as he was supposed to. By the time my partner went back outside to get a hold of him, it’s like he had fled to avoid taking the pick up item—as it was large and heavy. UPS, you and your team needs to do better. Especially, if your driver knew he had to pick up something. The driver was never told that we wanted the label, or that we would be the ones taking the item back. It was, like I said, just a quick drop off and a drive off.

This is a UPS trucking hub/ location, not a UPS store, but you can drop off your packages here. At first you may not see the door to the office You have to drive back a little ways and you'll see it. This location does not accept unboxed/unlabeled Amazon returns... In fact, as I understand it, there is technically nowhere in Ukiah that does... The two guys working the day I went in were very helpful, and knowledgeable regarding this issue. They had a good sense of humor (even though I was confused, because I was expecting a UPS store).
