I went in to the Ukiah location and I must say - this was the best phone buying experience I've ever had, I was there for a little over an hour but I didn't care. We had been metro-pcs customers for 14 years, we got so tired of them. I went in and walked out with 3 new Galaxy phones, 2 Smart watches and the New T-mobile home internet. So thank you Jaun S. for your excellent customer service and hooking my family up! Go see Jaun @ T-mobile in Ukiah.

They were very helpful last year when I upgraded my cellphone, and transferred all my data from the old Galaxy 7 to Galaxy 22+. T-Mobile was running a promotion to get a free Galaxy 22 if you turned in an older Galaxy phone, but my 7 was too old LOL, so they gave me a free Galaxy smart watch instead. They also helped me select and installed needed accessories such as a screen protector and phone case. Since then they always answer my questions (either by phone or in person) in an informative but non-condesending manner, which I, as an older person, appreciate when dealing with newer technology.I would recommend going into the store during the week to avoid waiting for service. They can be quite busy on Saturdays.

The best service ever! Juan helped me out with home internet and completely set everything up for me. I was able to come home and just plug it in. Everyone there was super friendly even though they were very busy when I got there. It was around 5:30 and I even heard one of the other guys tell another customer that even though they closed at 6:00 not to worry because they don't leave until everyone there gets taken care of. I definitely recommend this store!

Drove two hours to this location. Didnt have any pixels in stock, wouldn't price match, wouldn't help to correct an error on my account, the entire team were working on some other project while i was trying to get help from them. I even showed serious interest in buying a phone and none of them even tried to pitch me a similar phone to what was out of stock. 4 people on staff, and none of them even suggested a similar phone, or really anything remotely helpful. I am astonished at how poorly this team came off. Usually T-Mobile has been great, this was a very bad experience and humongous waste of my time. And apparently, helping customers is a waste of their time as well, as evident by their side project that none of them could ignore, even when there's a customer with money burning a hole in his pocket.

I was hesitant moving from Verizon to T-Mobile but the service has been great. Really exceeded my expectations. The manager and staff were awesome.

Got my phone number for Sprint totally migrated to T-Mobile I had to pick up SIM card The fella's working in the storm was very helpful knowledgeable and I was in and out less than 20 minutes bless those guys

Didn't tell us about some fees, charged a restocking fee for a defective device, wouldn't let me speak to the manager when I called. Called customer service and got $90 credit. This was my "gift" for my 55th birthday. Not happy at all.

I am dissatisfied they gave me a refurbished metro phone. I found it in hidden folders. Nord is a s**t phone I hate it. TMobile shady like ATT and Verizon and US Cellular. Boost was 10x better.

Today I encountered a horrific experience with Tmobile that lead to chest pains and almost a hospital visit. I worked all night and went to tmobile to have an issue resolved with returning a phone.. the 2 male Caucasian associates ( yes I have to put a race to distinguish the person who really was at fault and not knowing his name) these 2 men helped me to no avail bit they tried their hardest whish led up to a 3-4 hour visit just being on hold with customer service in the store. It all went left when the Hispanic male began to taunt me and be very condescending and rude about the results of the phone call that he was not a part of. Even saying how I could just take the phone back and oh I guess I'm not sorry after I told him how condescending he was being. I already hadn't slept and thought this issue would be taken care if today. But the anger that I felt as he continued to taunt and make sly and rude comments as I had already experience a truly disappointing moment with Tmobile. I sat on disbelief as I watched how rude he was to a customer that he coerced out of the store so he could take his lunch. I usually don't write a review but he should not be working customer service. This happened 8/23 @500pm to better know who this rude associate was. I work in healthcare and understand the complexities and attitudes we face in a day but never should anyone be treated like this associate talked to me or the customer he was with.

Terrible customer service and very rude. Not willing to help at all. They wanted to charge me wice for something I already paid for even though there was notes stating it had already been paid.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Highzenberg 707, we have the same issue. It has been going on for over a year. We have gone in several times, been assured it was cancelled. They will not stop auto deduct/billing us. This is common practice for this company. A quick trip to TMobile website will show you the long line of people forming hoping to file a class action. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau. It is absolutely criminal what this company is doing to people. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT EVER WITH THIS COMPANY.
