It is disappointing I can’t give 0 stars.Where do I begin?I bought my 2017 Jeep Renegade with Vic and Jojo at Ken Fowler and it has been the absolute worst purchase of my entire life.They sold me a seemingly perfect car, which to my surprise had several off market substitutions that they carelessly forgot to mention, which, had I known there were ANY off market features in the vehicle, I would have never purchased it. Period.Driving home after the purchase I quickly started noticing how many things weren’t working: the backup camera, the touch screen display, the volume buttons, the speakers, the interior lights. That’s just a fraction of the issues.I have had to make COUNTLESS visits to Jeep dealerships and mechanics and spend my OWN MONEY on every single one of these repairs because the warranty does not cover my vehicle since the previous owner altered and customized so many parts of the car- yet I wasn’t made aware of any of this at the time of purchase!!! I am absolutely FURIOUS!!! I have spent over 10k on repairs and it has only been a YEAR with this awful car!!!I have gotten my car “fixed” for battery issues on multiple different occasions in the past three months, And guess what? Today, it won’t start. AGAIN!!! It needs to be jumped regularly, the battery drains, the speakers are fried, the electronic brake system goes out, the windshield cracked after a 50 degree night. It doesn't end. This has been the biggest pain, waste of money, time, and regret in my entire life.Never buy a vehicle from Fowler. Especially used. They are unwilling to compromise or take any accountability for their negligence and absolute FAILURE to disclose all details of your vehicle before your purchase. They do not give a sh!t about you as a customer, they just want to take your money and run, even if it costs you an arm and a leg and your own safety. I hope sharing my experience here prevents as many people as possible from making the same huge mistake I did.

I was pleasantly surprised with Fowler auto! After ordering the 2024 GMC AT4 2500, I decided to look for a 1500 instead. The last place that I thought I would fine with is in Ukiah! To make a long story short, Lilli was an amazing sales person, very personable, and went above and beyond answer any questions that I ha Had. This is my first experience buying from a GM dealership outside of my normal. What are the managers, Vern was also awesome and really making it possible to get this deal done. I would recommend them any day if you're looking for a GMC or a Subaru, check them out!

I bought there my Mazda CX-50 and I must say it was a pleasant experience. All the team at the dealership was very friendly and helped me out through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.

I would give zero stars right now if I could. About 5 years ago I gave this place five stars. The first lemon I bought from them they actually rolled back and gave me all my money back. Now that their dealership is running to the ground they're offering me no help at all and me and my family are stranded in the middle of Nevada for over 24 hours. Everything they said was a lie The roadside assistance won't help us all the upsell on the packages are no help just a big waste of money. Don't waste your time don't waste your money with this place they're liars

This is for the low income folks. Watch out for how pushy theses people can be they will sell you anything they can, they also have hidden fees they don't tell you about, my car should be half paid off but they lied and hidden fee'd me for 7000$ cash, be very cautious. Maybe my story can help people not get ripped off. I wish I still had parents or family that could of helped me with my purchase or anyone who knew better, but I was extremely taken advantage of and I'll be paying for it in my dead end job for the next 4 years. Just buy a used car off Craiglist for 5000$ next time..... Lesson learned.

I went down to Fowler to look at one truck but Kevin Reedy Listened to my needs/Wants for what I needed and found another on the lot that fit my needs and was a better deal. Everyone was transparent, friendly, and willing to work with my budget and we got the deal done. Very happy with the service I received. I definitely recommend Ken Fowler and Kevin Reedy

I had a great experience at Ken Fowler Subaru. My husband and I were there to test drive a few cars he had researched. Alberto Villalobos was our sales person. He was knowledgeable, polite, easygoing and didn’t pressure us . As it turned out, I bought a car that day. Everything went very smoothly.

Preston assisted me. I went there to purchase a new grey Crosstrek, after three hours testing various Subarus, seems he only wants to sell what's on the lot. I was told he can't get any 2021 or 2022 Crosstrek s within a 400 mile radius. The closest one was in Oregon. He never gave me a quote to have one ordered. He did give me quote on a trade in price on 2014 VW Jetta in good shape, on the top of the trade in value sheet said $5,939.00, then wrote in pen on the bottom, $2,000.00. he said he would have to replace the tires on the Jetta. The bluebook price is from 8,000.00 to 12,000.00. he seemed more interested in belittling me, I'm a woman, and being right. I will not spend my money where they treat me in that fashion. He's not interested in customer service at all. Very disappointed and a waste of my time. TERRIBLE!!!!

Fowler Subaru has been just great! First calling for info. I talked to Andrew who was friendly, informative & caring. He worked with Preston, who ended up finishing my purchase. He was the most patient & knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever worked with. He took all the time we needed, even though it was late. No pressure! He knows the cars inside & out! He even gave me info. I needed after the sale & still is! In the future we will always deal with these two men. I have had a lot of different cars & now will stick with Subaru! Thanks guys ??

I was dealing with the service department lady named Ally. She was right on top of things- registered my car in, did the inspection, and made sure all my needs were met, and really listened to her customers and made sure their issues were dealt with. Although I was waiting 5 hrs, I didn't want to shop, and found the waiting room more than adequate. Ally's the best~!!

My experience with Alberto and the rest of the sales team with professional and pleasant making the purchase of my new truck pain free. I would have liked to of given 5 stars but there are a couple reasons I can’t. 1) the truck only had a single set of keys. So, right away I have to purchase a second fob and key blank and go to my local dealership to have them programmed to the truck. 2) the truck had no front license plate. So, now I am working with the dealership to get a replacement plate. These are small details that the dealership should have paid attention too. They are immediate inconveniences to the purchaser. Despite that I will definitely do business with Fowler in the future.

I was helping a friend out with the purchase of her vehicle since her beloved Subaru needs lots of tlc, My friend has severe ptsd and she literally gets bad anxiety when she’s around people she feels she can’t trust Preston not only did he calm her nerves heard her family needs and got straight to work he made it as easy as possible. Had a very bad experience. The salesperson lied on at least four different occasions. Example, he said truck had only been on the lot for two weeks. But the carfax showed they had the truck since July, four months. The salesperson showed me, on his phone, the price from the website. But he DIDN'T show the discount that was on the website. As it turns out I never got the full discount that was on website. There more examples.I will never set foot in Ken Fowler Motors again.

We've just started our quest for a new car.We we're thinking of a Subaru or a Toyota.After going here odds are we're buying a Subaru.If they would have had a cross trek limited we may have drove it home.Vic was outstanding not pushy and knew his details without using his phone .He had to leave us with another young man ,sorry I can't remember his name,but he also was outstanding
