Went into the Ukiah store looking for a simple calculator. Didn't ask for help so wandered and of course found a few other things. When I couldn't locate one, I ask a person on the floor and he took me directly where the selection was. Got exactly what I needed.

Staples sure saved my butt on this trip. My AC adapter to my laptop where I do a lot of my work on died on me right in the middle of working! Good thing the battery kicked in and kept me going for a little while. But I need to find a charger to charge the battery and keep working. I did a local search for computer supplies and office supplies and saw there's a Staples right near my hotel! I did a online search for a HP laptop AC adapter and they had one right there at the store! Wasn't super cheap, but you gotta do what ya gotta do. Went over there and found it no problem, paid with credit card and now I'm back in business! The adapter worked fine and I guess I'll just toss the old one. Super glad Staples was here to rescue me! Place are sure conveniently located in this town of Ukiah! ... at least to my hotel.

This is a store where the ostensibly responsible employee will not even consider, at 9:30 AM, pushing a few buttons to make 15 copies of a 150 page document before 5 PM.
I am beyond astounded at the inability of local businesses to make any effort to retain loyal customers.

Boycott this place, this place is a scam, they will do anything for sales putting their subordinates in an uncomfortable situation being forced to strive for sales everyday and the commission only goes to the GM and district which their salespeople deserve

Oh hell no! I seriously am boycotting this company where they treat their employees with patronization and disrespect! They don’t care about their employees nor their customers, all they care about is their commission that upper management has the right to snag from their sales people who deserve it. And if they don’t make enough sales, well then management gets mad at their salespeople telling them to do better. Very scummy of them. Oh and always short staffed so me ending up multitasking by watching the register and simultaneously helping customers out on the floor is way too much. If you want your employees to last longer at your corporation well treat them nicer and offer them at least some kudos for their sales performance because it’s not their fault that Staples is hurting by competitors like Best Buy. Being a salesman at Staples is a thankless job.

They won't let you print out any purchases from easy. and were no help with finding and alternative or anything.
