Terrible customer service and response time - go anywhere else if you can for your prescriptions. It took them a week longer to fill a prescription that I needed urgently, with no updates, explanations, or apology.

When I was a kid and lived in Hopland at the Rock Shop that my stepdad owned. His family had been coming to Myers for years, back in the old tiny building.Mom and I started going to your pharmacy in 1986!I just recently moved back and I have OCD and Gina and the staff are very nice to me with my little requests, and I always thank them.If you are looking for a good pharmacy! Come here and they will take care of you.

What separates a regular pharmacy from a spectacular pharmacy is when things get complicated with the coordination between Drs, Insurance and prescriptions. When that happens you want a pharmacy that solves problems. That’s Meyers. I love these people and wouldn’t work with anyone else.

I was born and raised in Ukiah. I only have gone to Safeway pharmacy then switched over to Walgreens. I ended up having to go to Myers to have my prescription filled so I could get it the same day and I sat here and wondered why it took me so long to start coming to Myers. From the very first time I walked threw that door I felt like they saw ME, Fast forward almost two years later and I have not had a issue with getting any of my medicines picked up on time or filled on time . Whenever my husband or I need to make a run to get my meds my daughter (4 years old ) always begs to go because she loves how friendly everyone is in there.

Tim is absolutely incredible. I feel Myers has always offered incredible service for medicine pickups, but they are so so kind and helpful in absolutely every way.

THEY DO NOT ENFORCE MASKING REQUIREMENTS. THEY ARE PUTTING THEIR CUSTOMERS AT RISK. I am very conflicted in making this review because I like the people that work here, their service is great but every time I go there there are people without masks. When I express my concerns I'm just told "yes we require masks but if people don't wear them there's nothing we can do". I tried to talk to the manager about it and he was extremely dismissive and asserted they were doing their part by posting signs that masks were required instead of people come in without a mask they offer them one which I have not witnessed unless I make a stink about it.Business owners please realize if you don't enforce masking requirements you are complicit when you allow disease transmission to occur in your business. This is absolutely unacceptable when you serve people with high medical needs. People with compromised immune systems have had to give up on going to supermarkets and just about everywhere else but they cannot give up on getting the healthcare and medications they need. it is reprehensible when medical establishments will not take simple steps to protect them. People who don't want to wear masks can go to CVS to get their prescriptions , as a medical pharmacy Myers should be refusing service to anyone who declines to put on a mask unless there is a legitimate documented reason they cannot wear a mask. And in that case they should make accommodations to serve unmasked people outside.

Myers has the most competent and knowledgeable employees of any pharmacy I have ever used. They are fast and get your special order products in as little as 24 hours and they always call you and let you know it is ready for pick up. Most things you get the same day as when the Doctor calls it in.There is no other pharmacy that has as many employees and all of them know there job to perfection. They always know my name and great me with sincere friendly greatings.

I LOVE this pharmacy!!! They always go the extra mile to help my family get our prescriptions. Every employee is so kind and they genuinely care about each customer. To top it all off, when it comes to prescriptions that require a tar (hope that's how you spell it) they are the fastest at getting them approved. I will ALWAYS keep my business that this pharmacy and will ALWAYS recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends
