“I received excellent service from staff at this location. They went out of their way to help find a new phone to meet my needs and order exactly what I wanted. When it came, they transferred data from my old phone and answered questions about set up. They also talked to me about a newer, more economical monthly plan, as I told them I was considering a different cellular company. I have decided to stay with T-mobile after visiting this store.”
“This is a specific review for Carlos Dominguez and I hope his management sees this and gives this man a raise/bonus! I bought my mom the new galaxy flip phone specifically for the AI/translation benefits and Carlos was so patient and kind with my mother in teaching her how to use the new phone and transferring data from her old phone to her new phone. She called me afterwards and sang his praises about how well he taught her how to use the phone and was so wonderful after she initially did not have a good experience with the first customer service agent who had told her "this is not a school" rudely when she had questions about her phone. Thank you Carlos for your exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for my mom. It's not easy when English is your second language and thank you for taking the extra time to help, it was very much appreciated.”
