I appreciate going to the JCPENNY Salon. I typically see Cindi for my hair cuts snd she is fantastic. She is pleasant, friendly, skillful, and she always cuts my hair the way I ask her to. I have seen others in the salon for hair cuts and everyone is great. I think it is a nice place to go for a haircuts and styling.

the woman who recently cut my hair did not do a good job, she left me bleeding actually. My haircut was too short and she unnecessarily thinned my hair (which i did not ask for) and put in random product which made the style look worse. I won’t be coming back again.Service: Hairstyling

Jc penny ruined my hair. Don't waste your time or your money!! Shout out to Shirley from feathers hair artistry for fixing my hair not even 14 hours later! I had bleach in my hair twice in a row and it feels and looks ten times better than what I left with it from jc penny. I'm not upset about it anymore because of jc penny I found my new hair stylist.

I've lived in the area for years and hadn't found a consistent styling salon which was available on my schedule. I don't think I'll ever go to a different location again! The stylists are consistent in what they produce for the JCP brand, so every time I get my hair cut it I receive exactly what I requested even if the stylist changed. I just got a deep conditioning and clean up trim and it looks incredibly healthy and on the way to a length I desire. The hair products available are realistically priced , and usually there are options on sale. don't go to a different salon every time - stick with a pro and at a price you know and walk out better than happy. Walk out ready to take on anything.

horrible customer service and didn't honor my coupon correctl. I went in before Christmas and got a coupon for 30 percent off. I bought a $30 item and when it rang up it only gave me 10 percent off. i pointed it out and the girl at cus service made up some horrible excuse that I did the math and I could never see how they gave me any more than 10 percent. i asked her to call the manager a Hispanic young girl and I showed her I only got $3 off a $30 purchase. she said there's nothing she can do the coupon rings up the way it does and simply left rudely. long story I was so discussed I had my friend return the gift I bought for my dad. I found a set just like it but better at Costco for the same price. i will never go back, at least that's how I feel. you would think for how slow the store is now they'd want to keep every customer they could. if they would have honored my coupon and given me a few more bucks off I would have never returned it, and not have this resentment toward the stor. my grandma wanted me to go today to get her some clothing but I refuse to shop there at this time.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MENS CUT. Hayley was her name. If a hair salon doesn’t employ people who know basic mens cuts why are they offering the services? Neither woman inside the place knew what a Caesar cut was. But that was only disclosed after she was half way through the cut when she was asked why she didn’t do the cut correctly. I’ve been to 1000 places to get cuts, Supercuts, Great Clips, pretty much any other major chain of hair cuts knows what a Caesar cut is. If the stylist doesn’t know what it is then should say so before ruining someone’s head. It’s alarming that the woman would proceed to cut your hair when she didn’t know what the cut was in the first place and be astonished when you’re unhappy she did it incorrectly. Had been here prior and the women knew how to do it. Won’t go back. Literally the worst hair cut I’ve been given and that’s being nice. If a stylist doesn’t know how to cut your hair style and does it anyway should you have to pay for it? No. Luckily its winter I’ll wear a hat until I can go to a shop that has hair stylists who know mens cuts. Definitely will discourage others from going here too.

Literally the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. The "supervisor" sat and chatted with the sales rep with both their backs facing me at the jewelry counter. I had to ask for the sales person so see a specific ring. Then when the first one didn't work, despite me still looking and waiting a solid five minutes to get their attention while they were chatting away because the sales person hadn't done something correctly with a previous customer, I had to ask again and they asked me to wait while they finished talking. Lol. WHAT!? In a time where you should want to sell because oh yea businesses lost a lot of money this year, they literally acted like I was bothering them by asking them to do their actual job.

I just had a horrible experience at this Salon the girl that helped me did not know what she was doing she left my eyebrows two DIFFERENT sizes to the point that I just left because she wasn’t fixing them and I knew I would have to fix them by myself anyways. I have gone to this salon 3 times before with different people that did an amazing job and listened to what I asked for. The girl was nice but being nice won’t fix my eyebrows.
