“Nice area, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, a lot of parking lots, nice breakfast, etc. There are Costco, Walmart, restaurants and stores around the hotel, good location.”

“Fantastic hotel. I have stayed here 5 times and never regretted it. Most recently, I arrived at their check-in desk hoping for a last-minute booking after a bad experience at a different hotel. The desk clerk, Patty, was helpful and understanding and provided everything I needed to turn a bad experience into a lovely stay.

All the rooms are nice. I recommend the one with the spa tub overlooking the koi pond or a ground-floor room if you want to be close to the pool, which is a lovely spot to swim or just relax on a chaise lounge in the shade

The breakfast area is pleasant and there are a variety of hot and cold choices: eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles you make yourself; bagels, toast, muffins; oatmeal and cold cereal. Good coffee.”

“The desk call to confirm my reservation. The hotel location is easy to find and close to services. Checking in was quick and the woman at the desk was very professional and polite. My room is clean and updated the pool area is clean and pretty. I am very pleased with the quality of our room and the price .

“The Voll Motel is an older building, but it has been lovingly cared for and updated where needed (new tiling in the shower, for example). The room was clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely nice and even stopped by the room with restaurant recommendations. The location is quiet but within easy walking distance of local businesses. The Voll does not seem to take reservations or contract with any of the mass market hotel apps. Nonetheless, do yourself a favor next time you are in Ukiah… skip the chains and keep your eyes peeled for the Voll Motel “Vacancy” sign. You won’t be sorry for the experience and value at this family-run business!

“I've been here for since previous management they didnt clean rooms they were aggressive and would not do anything for you. The new management is awesome, it's like night and day the rooms are cleaned daily and the managment actually cares for their customers. They're extremely respectful and are working on making the rooms better and better. Upgrading wifi and wiring they are making this place of business very good for its price range. The people who stay in the hotel are all friendly and down to earth very rarely is there any drama. In terms of quality ,price, and your Neighbors it's the best in ukiah I'd highly suggest it”

“I am in love with this place. It is the best motel ever. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I like this place cause first it has good customer service the lobby smelled and look good the rooms were clean and it came with refrigerator a microwave and a bunch of other cool stuff. There was great food and free breakfast. There was a sushi place right in that area and a lot of stores and activities there. Would definitely recommend 10 out of ten actually you know what it broke the scale best hotel ever!!!!! ( go right now lol)”

“We stopped in on our way North up to Humboldt. They accommodated our late check in, the room was super clean, very quiet and decently well appointed. Bathroom was also super clean and the shower worked fantastic. Great inexpensive option if you need a clean, quiet place to rest.”

“Very friendly staff at the front desk at night and in the morning. Fast Fair and Friendly. Rooms were pretty good, and all 4 rooms had air conditioning that worked great. If you come by this mote on Route 101 in Ukiah, stop in for affordable rates. We had 4 double rooms for our family of 11

“I traveled from Portland oregon to Ukiah CA,. I was wore out and tired and found the Super 8 hotel off of HWY 101, super convenient on the Gobbi st exit. I pulled into the hotel and the friendly lady at the front desk I believe her name was Vmimelal helped me book a room. The price was very fair. The room was super clean, and the breakfast especially the coffee was great. The hotel was well located in a perfect spot, with shopping, food, etc surrounded the area. Thank you Super 8, for the great room and hospitality!!!!!! I will be staying with you again.Safety: This hotel has the police department right across the street, this made me feel safe.”

“A shout out to Albert! Thank you for being accommodating for a weary traveler! I always stay at this Motel 6 when traveling thru because I'm never disappointed. The staff, right down to the housekeepers, are always friendly and helpful with smiles and pleasantries. My dogs are welcome at no extra cost. The room was impeccably clean and they were able to accommodate my room type (downstairs, no neighboring guests...so the pups don't bark at hearing the neighbors). And you can't beat the cost of staying here. Free WiFi, cable TV, AC, and great hospitality. Thanks Albert...you rock!”

“Always clean when we need to switch a room. Is polite and gives us towels and sheets when requested. Front desk people are nice. Right next to wingstop and in n out and dollar tree and more stores. I like the pillows. They’re not so thick that your neck is breaking. Just enough fluff. Allows my dog and cat for free. Sometimes I’m scared of the weirdos outside but they usually don’t bother you

Rooms: Clean. Will provide a room change if you ask politely and explain the issue. Nice water pressure in showers. TILE FLOOR which is amazing cause of the pets. Big enough space. Cute nightstands to put meds, electronics , ect”
