I just rented here again after a few years. It was quick and easy and I think the same lady at the counter. I’m surprised when I looked up the facility a second time to see so many upset reviews ……. Weird ????

I was told that instead of just paying the outright amount I also had to do a deposit which was not transferred to me when I called asking about a unit in the first place. I put the deposit down and let her know that I would have to come by a different day to bring the other half of what she required but included how busy I am as a full time mom with a full time job. They are not open weekends so that In itself makes it even harder to speak with someone. When I didn't call back within a few days she started blowing up my phone using two different phone numbers and left a voicemail filled with attitude. I called back and said that it wasn't going to work out and that I wanted my deposit back and she then said that it would be a $10 fee due to paperwork. I was honestly so irritated I just was like whatever, but don't think it really costs $10 to do some paperwork. She then started to question me when I gave her a mailing address for the check because that's the one I put down for someone else. Okay? Not really any of your business so get over it. The woman Cheryl behind the counter is rude and nosy. I should have known it wasn't for me when she started making comments during the walk through about some people taking care of their units and how "Those cars are not ones I recognize, I will have to go have a talk with them." This place is ran by a Straight up Karen. And now I know to just listen to my intuition in the future when I know a place isn't going to work out because of how it's ran.

This place sucks. The woman who works behind the counter is rude. I lost a key to an unnecessary lock that they force you to put on your unit. They won't cut the lock off. When I told her I would cut it off she said I threatened her. I told her I would pay for the lock. Not acceptable. If you don't pay the bill on time they change this lock. If you lose that same key. I was just told I have to wait for them to order it and at the earliest it would be monfay. What a scam. I just drove 2.5 hours for nothing.

Rating on the phone call!I made a phone call inquiring about unit availability. The woman that answered my call had a clear, calm, voice with a nice cheerful tone to it. She asked a few questions, and answered some of mine, with patients and professionalism. She was helpful, and I had a smile on my face just talking with her about the units. Thank you!

Tried 3x to get a storage locker. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and said there is a sign on the door that says we aren't open on weekends. People who work kind of need places like this to be open on weekends ... It makes no sense that they aren't. So don't talk to me like I am stupid because I want to rent a storage on the weekend.
