Purchased 2 it's.of Land-O'Lake half & half and both were sour. They were thrown away. Purchased 1 qt. of Sunyside half & half a week later and it too was sour. Since we live 30 miles away from the store, we did not think we would have any problem getting our money back. We were wrong! The assistant manager (manager was not working at the Ukiah branch) questioned the truthfulness of my complaint and said "if we brought the containers back" he would give us credit. The problem with that is that those 2 had been thrown away. At $4.79 ea., it's just something I could not stay quiet about. This week's purchase of half & half was also sour. I do have that container, but if we were only going to get credit for those with containers, it's just not worth traveling 60 miles for $2.99. We just will not buy from Foodmaxx again.

Well, it was good, but there are a lot of Hispanic people who don't speak English and I would like you to see people who speak Spanish so I can buy without translating in Google translator.

New STORE MANAGER is despicable!!! She is not friendly at all. I asked her where do they keep an item she said, "isle 3 you could of looked for it yourself ". With an attitude I now feel unwelcomed by her. On the other hand the other manager Scott is amazing!!

I have been to food Maxx many times but not for recycling this was my first time..and I have never felt so disrespected the manger (Steve) was rude and so was one of the employees (patty) I'm sure if this how foodmaxx want their stuff to represent their store but it was very disappointing when I like coming to foodmaxx..but not on this day..not nice

Great experience until you get to the checkout. The cashiers are just rude and grumpy, and this has been my experience several times. If it's that bad there go find another job but don't take it out on your customers.

Sometimes getting through the registers can be tough but its generally worth it. Raley's is faster and only $2 more on each item they carry. I don't mind the wait.

Always opening late. Why have ur sign at 6am and open till 6:10-6:15 am sometimes? Some of Us want to shop at 6am because we have other things to do.
