I don't shop much, but when I do, it's here. This store has every kitchen gadget you can think of. Additionally, the manager has been a huge help during covid. When items were out of stock all over the Internet, she was happy and willing to go into the store, check what was in stock, and text me photos of what they had so I could review and then purchase. A+ I'll continue to spend my money here when I'm need of home items.

What an amazing culinary find! The business owner/buyer has certainly covered just about every category for the home cook with accoutrement galore! Also has an extensive selection of “duck ‘n bunny” for those who love tchotchkes.

ER Energy started out with big promises for great customer service. Since signing up for their propane service I have had nothing but poor service from them. I asked ER Energy for one of the smaller propane tanks and they delivered the larger 250 gallon tank. When I switched over to them they promised to have my old tank immediately removed. After six months and several calls to my local ER Energy office they still had not removed the tank or take any action to do so. I even called their Corporate Office. I eventually had to call my old propane company and handle it myself. Also at the time of signing up I asked that they please do not let the tank get so low as to have a large propane bill over $200. They have not honored this request nor made any attempt to do so. Their delivery schedule is not routine nor efficient in the colder months. I have a limited income and the last two fills were $255 and $303. One of the fills was made the day after Christmas and they immediately started charging me late fees after 30 days. I went into their office to remind them of my request to keep the fill ups more often or not to fill up the tank to the point of going over $200 and to deliver at the beginning of the month. Three working days after I was in their office (near the end of the month) they came again to fill the tank. This time the cost was $303. I don't feel that the staff I talked to listened to me then nor the other times that I have went in person to talk to them about this. I am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. There customer service is horrible. Shop elsewhere for your propane needs.

For me, the staff at ER Energy has been extremely helpful and considerate. One time the truck driver was ill and this delayed delivery. This is a very professional company.
