I had two dresses that needed to be altered. They said it would be one week until they would be done. I checked in through text and I got no response. A month went by and still no response. I went into the store and they said "oh yeah, they'll be done this evening". No one reached out to me. Two weeks later I came back to the store and they still had not finished the dresses. I just took them home with me at that point. My dresses never got altered and there was no apology or explanation. These were maternity dresses for my brothers wedding and I'm really disappointed that I'm about to have my baby now and never got a chance to wear the dresses.

She is so wonderful!!!! She got my bridesmaid dress altered and back to me for a very reasonable price within 1 week!!!! I recommend to everyone!!!!! She is lovely!

The hours are not posted and their website hours are wrong went to look for birthday dresses. Disappointed.

This was a terrible experience. My mother and I needed our dresses for my sisters wedding altered slightly. The entire time she was checking the fit she was on the phone. Didn't give any care that she held an entire conversation IN THE MIDDLE OF A CONSULTATION. she then said it was minor alters, it would take a few days. Two weeks later, we heard nothing. So my mother decided to check in. She gave us a time and when we arrived she was just beginning the alterations. She had friends/family there the entire time (which normally doesn't bother me, but it obviously impacted her work). She had a negative attitude and seemed to not care that we were not happy with her quick choppy job. She created new OPEN seems on the bust of my maid of honors dress and only touched one seem on my mothers dress (and kept telling my mom it was her bra that were the problem). I'm very disappointed in her work after the recommendations I was given for her. Despite there being limited options in Ukiah, I would highly recommend ANY where else.

There aren't many places to have alterations in town and I went on several people's recommendations of this business. The work was ok, but I wish the seamstress was able to tell me what needed to be altered to make my wedding dress fit me better. She asked me what i wanted her to do to it and I said "I dont know, just make it fit better." and she looked really confused by what I wanted. In the end, with the guidance of my friend,we figured out where to put a bustle on my dress and took in the sides where the bust is. Things I thought were standard alterations for a wedding dress...The store is extremely dirty and cluttered. I didn't feel very confident leaving my beautiful white wedding dress in her curtained room hanging next to a bunch of random clothing and storage items. Another thing: She is extremely hard to get ahold of! The hours say she starts at 10:00 but you won't have any luck speaking to anyone until after 12:00. She is also extremely slow and disorganized and you should do what I did if you end up taking a formal garment there: tell them the event is at least a week before the actual event is. she'll make you sweat and think it won't be done in time.
