Dave and the fellas at the bike shop are great! Greeted me and the other customers with a smile. They respect female riders and are encouraging to all levels of biking experience. They were super accommodating when I needed a bike servicing on a timeline. They go out of their way to make customers happy. I’ll definitely be back.

Driving through Ukiah and our ebike rack broke, dragging our bikes and shearing off the handlebars. Dave looked at them, and not only did he not total them, he said he could fix them! Amazing! Lovely people and amazing mechanics! Even reused what they could.

Recently I needed a part for my Marin Mountian bike as it was unsafe to ride. At Dave Bike Shop on Gobbi St. in Ukiah, Ca. I was able to get the propper part, the first time. Have it installed along with great customer service, after my poor attempt at changing the part. The cost was more than fair and I was riding my bike the same day. Thank you to John at Dave's Bike Shop for excellent service I am too pleased to ride again.

Clearly this place has so much business they could care less about a new customer. Walked into this place to buy a new bike and couldn’t get the time of day from anyone. Perhaps others have had better experiences, but this was mine unfortunately.

I had a difficult repair to do on my beach cruiser, and tried to fix it myself, but was unable to. I took it to Dave's and they were really friendly, and got to work on it right away. I went across the street to a store and came back about 20 minutes later, and the bike was fixed. The price was reasonable, too. I would definitely recommend this bike shop!
