I love CrossFit Firefly. The members are warm, friendly and inspiring. The facility is top notch and CLEAN. The owners, Ferd and Tracy, are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I really can’t think of anything that could make this fabulous place any better.

I love Firefly, It is a great addition in Town, they have CrossFit classes, open gym, yoga kids classes and Master classes as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking to make some friends and enjoy the workout ?
CrossFit FireFly provides high quality health and fitness training. With CrossFit as the foundation we also offer classes of various disciplines that compliment this including; CrossFit Teens, Capoeira, Yoga, Legends (65+), Physical Therapy, Massage and more. In addition we host workshops, seminars, team events, and community celebrations. Classes and open gym hours are offered Monday through Saturday with special events on weekends. We also work with local athletic teams on sport specific strength and conditioning.
