Heidi & Tom are 2 of the best people around. They are both so kind, helpful & patient. Every time I have come in the pawn shop they greet me with big smiles & that alone makes me want to come in more often ;) Also not to mention their affordable prices!!!

I had gone in originally to see if the item I had was silver or platinum. Now I go in because there is always something new in stock or something perfectly quirky and unique as a gift. Better still I have found that perfect piece of jewelry for myself!

We stopped in looking for diamond wedding bands during our vacation. I was impressed with the wide selection and great customer service. Heidi was more than fair with the pricing of her jewelry. The quality and pricing were better than I'd found in my months of looking. Plus I really enjoyed chatting with her!

Craftsman's is the best shop in town. Heidi and her father have excellent customer service and they treat their customers with care and compassion. They always try to work with their customers and have given me wonderful deals by working on compromising and finding the best deal for my budget. I appreciate how much Heidi cares about the people she serves. She has a wonderful eye and charm to the shop. I HIGHLY reccommend shopping here for all your speciality needs, engagement rings or gifts for loved ones. The best of the best!!!

overall, a pretty good place. not the best, but you can find some good deals and if someone is complaining about not getting the best price for something, they must not know how pawn shops work. ive bought and sold things here for more than a fair price and will happily continue to do so, as i have been treated well and kindly by the staff. i highly recommended at least taking a look around.

I've been doing a customer of Craftsman Estate for many years (decades) and they have always been wonderful to deal with. They professional and personable and have a wide range of products to choose from including beautiful vintage jewelry. Heidi and her father, Lance are my favorite people in Ukiah to do business with!!

Went in there when I needed a lens for a camera, guy told me he had one but he wasn't ready to put it "on the floor." I came back six times over the course of a month, is was never out. Mentioned it to him and he said, "I have some coins to go through." Were there buyers waiting? No. Oh. Six visits, never even glances at the lens. Would take me three seconds. Then I started to notice the religious music, and that was that. You don't preach at people who have to part with some valuable thing to keep going.

This place sucks for real they don’t buy anything or trade anything. I have a 1000$ Louis Vuitton backpack. All I was just trying to get is 590$. Or Trade it for something else.
