3 hour wait for a pizza. Manager Andre was absolutely terrible. And now my Fiancé cannot use my card. Denied entry after driving over an hour. I will just have to spend my money at Wal Mart next door. Get it together Ukiah Costco!

I've had a membership here since they have opened. I have not had a problem with my wife using my card till today. They refused to let her in. I live over an hour away and sometimes I can't make it with her. Now they refuse service. Terrible service, terrible managers one named Andre.

DO NOT GO TO THIS COSTCO! The lower management allll the way to the upper management need replacement! So rude. So condescending. We had a king size bed frame that was unfortunately built wrong and needed to be returned do to it breaking, and a king size mattress that also broke! We called COSTCO. Com they said. Just return it to your nearest COSTCO. Which in all of our years of shopping have never had a problem with a return! EVER! WELL. The rudest woman by the name of Tay in customer service. That was so rude! Right away , even before we explained what happened. Or that we had spoke to Costco. Com. Says our mattress is stained and that the head board is old. A manager named Hiem. We speak to like 4 managers one being the store manager (Hiem) And nothing was done. Our mattress wasn't stained by the way! So we are told that they won't help us and that nothing was logged with our call from Costco. Com. We left. Annnd drove an hour and 20 minutes back to the mountains where we live. We wouldn't of drove there if Costco .com didn't tell us to. Also got our money back! Winning. It's all about Costco in Rohnert Park. Kind people! Oh and Costco came and picked said items up from our home. So that we didn't have to travel over an hour to get to Costco. We live in the mountains! #dontshopcostcoukiah

We live 1 1/2 hrs from Ukiah, and this is the closest Costco for us. We usually head over every 6 weeks or so for supplies. Unfortunately, we both are going through some health issues at the moment, and can't make the drive. We went online and took advantage of the delivery service they offer.

Please train your managers on customer service. I reached out today, 8/8/24 because I couldn’t get ahold of a live person on Costco online to address my issue. Instead of trying to help me, and being understanding, your manager was rude and condescending. If she didn’t want to help me, she could at least direct me to someone who can help instead of being rude and talking to me like I’m stupid. Do better. And train your team better. We pay a membership fee to get treated this way?

We were looking for a place to get fuel on our way to Northern Cal. The location is conveniently located right off the 101. Easy in and easy of access. This Costco is clean and well stocked. The service from the workers was excellent. The cashiers efficiently moved the customers through the lines.

For the last 3 months, every time I would go in they would have a block on my card for an address change that I would put in and they wouldn't unblock me threw the system so at check out I would get stopped for 15 minutes with lines of people staring at me to hurry, for them to unblock and tell me I need to go to customer service and change it.... I did... 6 times...... the food court I would not recommend calling in orders, they tell you a time and make you wait an additional 30 minutes while they make sure the food case is full even when it's been a hour since you call in order. The guy that ,makes the pizza always super rude and short with you and the people up front just ignore you completely, the manager which yes I want to blast by name but i will refrain, makes every excuse for them and brushes it off meanwhile you pay for a membership with the absolute worst customer service and the most headaches any other store I've encountered in ukiah
