I absolutely love this company! Every bottle I have received of the balsamic with no oil in it has been splendid! I never use any other salad dressing now, just some balsamic because it’s so flavorful and it’s healthy. I had a question and sent them an email with a photo and Tom graciously picked up the phone and called me to explain my question. Customer service is phenomenal! I definitely recommend them.

To say “these balsamic vinagers are the most delicious thing I’ve ever put in my mouth” is a complete understatement. They also have excellent customer service. A bottle broke during shipment and Thomas literally had the replacement shipped out the same day. Thanks to Chef AJ for recommending!

I just received my first order and will be ordering more soon. The owner was great to work with. My order arrived quickly. They have flavors I can't find elsewhere and their product is thicker than any other balsamic I've every had.

California Balsamic’s cilantro herb balsamic is exactly what I had been wanting for nights when we have Mexican food with salad. Sweet Heat and Gilroy Garlic are fantastic too. Also their Chipotle oil drizzled over avocado toast is a treat. Plus they give you samples with online orders. I’m hooked just for the Cilantro balsamic though.

This is a fantastic series of balsamic vinegars produced by very gracious folks! I have tried many of the vinegars and now rely on them frequently for richness and full flavoring in my cooking and particularly in my salads. They are tasteful on their own and added to dishes truly amp them up. Well worth the price given you need a scant amount to achieve desired flavor results.

OMG! We discovered this business and its products recently at the Boonville Fair, sampling its amazing and vast variety of flavored balsamic vinegar and vinaigrette products. Their website lists the events they will be presenting their products at, but they also ship and are open for visits. We limited our purchase to just 4 flavors as a starter (we didn't want to lug around a case of bottles that day). We're lucky in that we can visit their factory when in Ukiah so we can always get refills or different flavors. We tried a few drops of the tangerine balsamic in a glass of water and the flavor was amazing - pure tangerine with just a little sweetness. A great way to drink more water! We'll be trying the balsamic on ice cream as they suggested plus, of course, using it for traditional salads and meat dishes. Do yourself a 'flavor' and drop by an event or visit the store (or take my word and order a sample bottle to try it out). I'm sure you'll be 'sold' on the amazing result on your palette. BTW, this business was formerly known as Tres Classique with corresponding Yelp reviews - it moved to a new location in Ukiah.
