Hit a turkey and then heard hissing coming from the engine. Stopped here to check if it was the air conditioning or radiator. One of the guys hopped right out with his flash light and confirmed that the air conditioning condenser was cracked and offered to fix it immediately. If I could give them 10 stars I would.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Mike went over and above to help us out on our company trucks brake replacement and found a coolant leak as well. One of the worst mechanic experiences. I had my car towed down there at the end of December for my ignition to get replaced. I didn't get my car back until the end of March! I had to call him constantly and the first several calls he didn't even remember my car was there. He also took over a month and me calling him to inform me he wasn't able to get the part. He never would answer or return my calls or keep me updated as to the status. We had to drive there at the end multiple times to be sure he was finishing the job. We live 2 hrs away in the mountains so it was extremely inconvenient. He also put my steering wheel back on crooked so the blinkers don't work properly and it always looks like it's turned to the left. The only thing I can say is he didn't charge me much but he shouldn't have anyway given the situation. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Mike got my truck done the same day, they even gave me a ride home and back when it was done. Very helpful, and courteous will defiantly go back, and will certainly recommend this shop.

We have had 3 vehicles worked on for various reasons. One needed a new water pump and the other two needed A/C service. They got us in right away, the service was great and affordable.

After calling ahead setting an appointment for a smog check I arrived and was told that I was too late. I drove 45 minutes from Willits and it was well before closing and there was no other car being sniffed or in line. The service bay was available and the mechanic just stood their vaping and seemed to enjoy having the power to refuse to smog my vehicle. Terrible customer service. I ended up going to California Smog & Auto Repair in Ukiah and got great service.
