Rite-Aid is so far above and beyond any other chain regarding customer service. They truly excel! I just wish they would come back to the east coast!

Billie Anne in the pharmacy department is the best! She's always so kind and professional. I was supposed to be going out of town this weekend and needed a prescription transferred and filled really quickly. And while my trip was cancelled, she made it happen! She needs a raise!
