Now, my project was just a simple wall mount install, but I received a great deal of help from the knowledgeable staff, particularly from Amanda and Mike. Amanda took the time to ask me about the details of the install, offering up ideas for how to mount my shelf and what type of hardware would be best for the material I was boring into. Mike gave me some good advice about what kind of drill would be best for the job, as well. All in all, this team goes the extra mile to make sure that they have satisfied customers -- I'm living proof! From here on out, I don't see any reason to go back to Home Cheap-o or those other big box hardware stores.
