I can't believe this place fired it's best employee, Cassandra, so the owner could continue to have under age children clean his building.She was the only person who was able to get my prescriptions to go through insurance since all the other employees are so incompetent. Guess I'll have to go to Avalon.

This place is absolutely amazing everyone here is absolutely amazing. Cassandra, David, Cole, Ahmed, and Caitlyn are absolutely amazing wonderful service from everyone. Always so welcoming and nice. Always so fast!!!

Well my only issue is a man on the phone telling me I could get my vitamin d prescription at any store they sell vitamins, when reality is the meds were prescribed at 50,000 and normal stores only sell up to 10,000 so had I decided to just order vitamins from Amazon his advice would have harmed me medically. I’m glad I called back the next day to make sure my meds weren’t just regular vitamins and went and got my prescription. I’m feeling better 2 weeks later. I was told by my Dr that I had no vitamin D in my body after my blood test results so I need to take meds. Not a small dose but an actual prescription from a DR. That man should be fired.

Please update hours on website and online listings. I drove two hours round-trip to pick up medication for my friend’s mother. The location was closed on a Tuesday. I did not think to check the hours before I came. However, it appears the most current information is only available on a sign posted in the window.

Dr OSMAN, fills prescriptions, so timely that I cannot even leave the building. His counseling abilities are extraordinary. I am always very grateful that I changed from Rite Aid 29 palms to New Pharmacy 2.Brooke, very competent young lady, who has just began her pharmacy technician career. I can tell she is going to be an asset to this company.Donna, makes herself available to fill shifts as often as she can. 29 Palms is very busy place with events happening within miles and she assists the rest of the pharmacy care technician to complete prescription orders.Victor, he is willing to complete any job assigned to him and this Pharmacy . I often see him breaking down and taking out the recycling. You can’t ask for a better employees than these.Jennifer, has such a sweet heart. She works very hard and diligently, every day to fill prescriptions.Casandra, has spent countless hours on the phone with my insurance company, as well as other pharmacies to make sure that I am taking the best medication with the best value.Cole, shines as a committed pharmacy technician who also runs the pharmacy counter. His happiness is infectious.
