“I go for the rock climbing. They have a nice basketball court as well. If you are looking for a normal equipment/free weight gym, I'd suggest Wilburn. Come to West Gym for a fun challenge and change of pace. Super friendly employees and a clean gym”

“Great Gym, clean, has almost every machine known to mankind. Free chalk, good lifting belts, free for military members. Lake Bandini Barbell Club memorabilia is available at the front desk. Wednesday 1200 is the weekly challenge.”

“This gym has everything you need to get the job done.They have a great marketing team because advertisements for this gym makes it look very spacious, but in reality it’s kinda cramped. They do have a lot of machines available, but I still felt like I had to improvise on a lot of my workouts. I didn’t notice any dedicated stretching/cool down or core workout area.Overall, not a bad gym. I’ve seen and been to worse. It’s quiet, quaint, and has all the equipment you need to get a good workout in. They provide sanitation spray and towel at each machine, so no excuse to wipe down after using it!”

“The better gym for bodybuilders, and even for weightlifting and powerlifting with its outside shed. The machines are Cybex and the plates are steel. It just has that classic bodybuilding feel. It gets overlooked because the new gym goer might be intimidated by the lack of plastic. Too bad it gets overshadowed by the commercial gym. As a late-intermediate gym enthusiast who doesn't care to show off, this is the iron you need.4 stars because it is a bit small, and I don't think you can chalk up inside.”
