The staff here are extremely helpful. They were able to help my wife and I find the steel nuts we needed to get our car battery installed. They were very knowledgeable and got us out fast.

I cannot believe how rude and disinterested the staff is at this location. Rock music blaring so loud you couldn't even think. No training in customer service or oversigh Only speaking of the staff inside. I will never go back. Put me in a bad mood just being there. PS. This is not the first time!

I was so worried about going to the hardware store for a replacement screw for some furniture I bought recently. Right away I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance by a young man named Gordon (I think that was his name). He not only helped me, he also showed me how to do it myself while helping me. He was so kind and helpful and the replacement screw worked perfectly for what I needed it for. Thank you so much for the help.
